When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

The glass was even flying out of my vents! He did not clean up after himself. I noticed there was a checklist with my invoice and he didn't even obey that part of his job. I ended up having to get my car professionally detailed to clean up all the glass as well as adhesive. I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality.
