After getting 4 quotes, I went with Precise Painting after meeting Tricia and looking at her reviews. Tricia walked me through the project and why each piece would be done and needed. Communication was great the entire project, from coming out to quote, getting a date that suited and through the project. The team that came out ( Tallyn and Santana) were professional, courteous, detail oriented and friendly. It was nice having them around. The house, driveway, doors, windows and lights were all well protected with tarps, plastic, tape and paper. The power wash, bonding and painting of the house, trim, doors, soffit, gutters and pool deck were all completed in under 4 days between rain as promised. Tallyn and Santana did a fantastic job. Could be morning, could be late afternoon. That was dumb as that resulted in them working in the dark with headlamps on. That in turn resulted in terrible results. A portion of the work they were contracted to do they didn't even know how to do nor have the tools for, so we had to find someone else. Cannot recommend this company.
