They took over one year to complete my pool, when they promised at contract signing that it would "only take a few months". Completion should have been in June, but didn't happen until 10/31. Lots of blaming the county, blaming other contractors, blaming Ian (which happened a few years earlier), etc, etc. The workers just show up unannounced, which is alarming when they appear in your backyard without prior notice. Once the pool cage was up, they'd also just walk right on in. Extremely unprofessional for them to not bother knocking on the door to alert you they are there to work. Shoddy work (one part has failed twice already). They also don't know how to get the control panel to work with the app (which the sales guy said was "so easy to do"). This company has also called me a liar to prospective new customers. It's extremely unprofessional for them to do that. If any of you all want proof, I have tons of email and text trails showing that this company royally sucked and didn't do their job professionally, nor on time. And to call me a liar for letting the world know about the terrible experience I had...they are horrific. When you have loads of negative reviews about a company, it really tells the story. There seems to be surprising strength in this sector. Spending more time at home, it's our objective to keep our spa water crystal clear, in perfect balance and condition. With that in mind, I am confident that the manager at Economy knows his stuff. I usually bring in a sample of spa water and have them test it. At that time, they he makes recommendations on how much and how often to add chemicals. He even provides a thorough explanation of how things work. You don't get that level of experience and knowledge when you purchase your chemicals from an online vendor. Now you're wondering, how honest are they? Will they just tell me I need chemicals? That's definitely not the case. I have walked out of the store without having to buy anything on many occasions. Sometimes it's just a free water sample test and we're done. You are not overcharged - the pricing is fair. Importantly, they have all the pool chemicals that you need and if there's a pool part or filter that they don't have in stock, they will order the correct part for you. There is free parking right in front of their door, so it's only a few steps if you have to carry chlorine out to your vehicle. It's a pleasure to patronize and be appreciated by your local shop rather than dealing with a big box store. Salute!
