I remember her saying this wasn't her usual store and she couldn't help them with any questions, but it's just the way she was talking to them like they are dumb. Horrible representation of the business. I know each store is independently operated. If I was the owner or manager here I would not tolerate the way she was treating people. Sorry you hate your job, that is not our problem. I genuinely felt bad for the lady in front of me.

I called that one and spoke with the employee and he was so gracious and helpful as I was trying to figure out how to email this letter from Canva to him. They were closing at 6:30 and it was already 6:10. He could have easily said he didn't have time to complete it. By the time I got there he had already printed one page out and even adjusted it to fit on the page!!! It looked amazing!!! Anyway the Manager asked me question 'who that person that I wanted to send money to??' I said family .. Second question she asked me 'what purpose to send money for?' I said that isn't necessary because that is my family personal matter.. I don't think they need to know.. I don't have to fuck answer... So I mean that none of their business what purpose I want send money to!!! She said it for my own security protect because of scam!!!! I just laughing!!!! Stupid!!
