I have been going to this place since it opened. I spend between 500-1000$ a month with me and a small group. we are medical patients. lately the service has been bad. I have to tell them what discount to put on my order. Today was really bad. I put in an online order at 430pm. at 730pm I tried to pick it up. The guy assisting me fumbled around for about 10 min. kept telling me the price was 20 or so 30$. I ordered 1000 mg pills and 300 mg pills. about 115$. I hear the the girl say,"oh they took those for inventory so just give him the ones in the bag for him. They were 100 mg pills. who on earth would want to substitute 1000mg for 100mg and then be told oh well no worries we should have some by mid week. They could've called and told me, and maybe offered a sorry for inconvenience. But they just straight up didn't care. I drove for 45 min to get to the dispensary. I'm actually upset. Used to love this place and would go here 3-4 times a week as my regular dispo. Friendly staff but product quality is AWFUL. i have repeatedly complained about their leaky carts but the staff has done nothing but push the leaky carts more. They also offer a completely different menu to the recreational patients reserving all the defective and bad products for Rec. Patients. This was confirmed for me when a friend with a medical card asked the staff for me about the Recreational products and the staff replied " I wouldn't smoke any of that recreational shit in a million years". The BEST dispensary and I've been to most. With the cheapest options yet qualitive. Do sample the SG-Headband. It's the best smoke I've had from a potshop. It bud and tastes like a pine cone like minty it's like 1977 Humbo County Sinsemilla. It's the best most appealing flavor dope can attain it tastes like fresh alpine forrests. The buzz is energetic and brain stimulating. The opposite of stony Indica. Got 3 grams for 21 bones, gonna buy an ounce tomorrow-or what I can get. Jar getn low. They take yourID and you recline on one of the many luxurious setees( I gaze out the large plate glass front window watching the idiots in there cars on 22nd blazing past). There were 6 in line before me but they help you fast so very soon they call your name it's quite impressive for a dispensary they are way classier than most and I like the ritual of it all. What I think is cool is that you go back to the inner chamber of the shop where they actually weigh your herbs out with long lab tongs out of a tall fat jar. The highly trained security guard discreetly closes the door behing you(he's a killer trained to snap your neck if you go hog-wild and try to grab the dope.). It's spacious with a circular counter. The girl there deals you the herb she calls it nugs but I call it buds: nugs is like 90s Cali surf-boy better-unused silly slang term revived by the millenials. I never tell her that tho. Buds is like 60-23 straight. Plus the girl weighing out your weed said when asked that you can buy the shake out of the jar for a pittance. When the bud runs out she proclaimed devilishly. But how do you time that I proclaimed exasperated? She said to ask apon arrival which strain was out of bud which was no help to me whatsoeverI wanted that Headband shake. Because 6 bones a gram for bud so the shake has to be like 4 bones per gram making an ounce of killa weed only 112 bones. Almost comperable to street value which I buy often. You know you do too. Hell just grow it. Yknow what's funny? fn pot seeds are like 50 bones for 6 online! WTAF?! Anyway I tried to pay her but she didn't touch the money. Later I said durrrrr of course not money is dirty and I'm sure she p;rolly wiped the counter where I lay down my bills. So she sent me to a counter right by the door I never even noticed right by the dang entrance but clleverly hidden yet keeping you in line of fire. Prolly unseen cuz the muscle was close to it and all the jars of pot monopollizes the vision apon entry. Andway it had a glass front with a li'l slot down at the bottom for passing cash to the person there. Like a dinky li'l office space where you'd buy a movie ticket but also a bullet proof human enclosure. You know dam well it was like 50 Caliber proof Godzilla glass. The bag containing the vial of dope you buy has your name printed right on it in 24 size font strangely but I'm a fan of that yet it does remind you that they pwn your ass they got copies out the butt of your drivers liscense and they know how often you buy pot. f them They threw people in fn prison for the last hundred years now they make fn 20% right off the top. and they don't take credit cards. Because the fn government likes to deal in cash. I complain everytime about how they're middlemen for the drug dealing government. And how only the blase' don't take credit cards which doesn't faze them. They don't care one wit there if you say f the government tho and that's rather right-on. I got a 2 dollar bill in my change the dude asked me if I wanted it and I said hell to the yah and so I gave him a buck tip because hey those are rare, him not the fn jar you can do that there yknow. The selection of tinctures, especially the 12:1 and 4:1 and their balms & muscle jelly are excellent. The lemongrass smell is wonderful and non greasy. They could stand to lower the price a bit but I take advantage of their early morning discount and watch for their deals that arrive by email. I've been a patient in the Tucson area for going on 5 years now. Since I live on the far north side this is the furthest dispensary from my house so I do not frequent this location. I have had a few bad experiences in the past but I visited today and got their 5g shatter deal for $75. The selection was decent, quality is a1. Bud tender was friendly, asked her recommendation and I followed it and she was spot on. Highly recommend checking them out if your in the area. They have improved greatly in my opinion. Last time I was there they charged more on your weight for concentrates against your allotment but upon calling them today after seeing their email special on shatter ounces they now charge accordingly per the weight of the smokeable product. Desert Bloom has very poor service. They have in the past completely not delivered 3 past orders that I've placed personally over the phone. One I even called 2 x to see where my order was and that order still never showed up. I wouldn't be surprised if it's internal theft. The government needs to send in people to inventory these products and make sure these products are being watched over correctly. This used to be the BEAT place In town. I've been spending close to 750$ a month because I live their top shelf, most of which they grow on their own. I never went anteaters else, but as they've hired new people, they aren't the quality of those hired say a year or earlier. In the last two months I've had VERY awkward and even aggressive behaviors rom two of their new people. One blew up at me and accused me of being "political" because I had mentioned I was moving away from AZ. She "strongly disagreed" and blew up, went to the back room to talk to a manager I've know since the place opened. I felt very betrayed because he also literally healed at me and told me basically to get out "and take my politics with me". He's always been very cool with me as most of them have. The aggressiveness concerns me as it was u warranted and literally no one asked me what had happened, but I did hear the large lady saying very loudly where the whole store dciuldbhear what she was saying. I'd like the owner amd all the investors that that person shouldn't be dealing with the public. You can literally ask anyone of the employees that work there (ie Andrew) on how friendly I consider you all to be minus that one exception. It doesn't look good, especially considering the amount of money that flows through there. You are very blessed with your business. I would hate to see your reputation go down because of people that literally are your ambassadors. No other dispensary treats their patients that way and NEVER will I take someone LYJNG ABOUT ME. I HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION AND I TREAT OTHERS AS I WOULD WANT TO BE TRWATED. I would like a call back. I slept on this and it's still really bothering me. Desert Bloom is hidden in a little Eastside strip mall, next to Kenney D's, almost behind the Skate Country. You wouldn't even know it was there, if you didn't know it was there. And after you stop in there, you're likely to forget where it was entirely. It's a small shop, but they're friendly and the wait isn't usually very long, despite them being one of the only dispensaries on the East side. The staff is always a little dazey, and that's okay. I have a renewal medical card coming in the mail this is the only dispensary I have been to that will not accept my old card while my new one is in the mail. The state/doctors office assured me this would not happen since they have fixed issues with renewals. I needed a indica for medical reasons. I don't know about you guys but holding me from getting my meds is not cool and then cracking jokes as I'm walking out. This was my third time here and the last time!! I will be letting anyone know how the standards for desert bloom is way below for a dispensary. My second review and this is after recreational MJ began in January '21. I'm sorry to say I won't be going back. I've been coming here 4 years. The prices are outrageous. Used to be able to purchase a pre pack oz for $100 of good, mid range cannabis. Since last fall, the price has steadily risen. $145, $175, $200, $250 and today $313. I always buy an oz of flower. Also they're doing a bait and switch. They never have enough or any of their advertised sale product. They send an email newsletter every Thursday with specials but since the fall, none of those specials have been available and I call at 7a on Thursday when they open (I was told Thursday is the start of their week). They've also been remiss at sending that newsletter. So maybe you get it, maybe not. My favorite budtender left after she gave birth and didn't return. Blessings to her but sorrow for me. Turnover is pretty big here. Maybe that's the nature of the beast. I was only treated rudely by one person. Long time customers should get a discount, too. With legal pot now, I'm sure he doesn't care about his customer base. Oh well. Going to D2 Dispensary up the street. read more

They seriously have 31 flavors and more strains, almost where it's hard to decide. Not only do they have variety of strains, they have test results for all flower. Tested every batch! Fine for bud, sort of, but dont try the live resin vape cartridges (desert relief brand) they are ! I had them leak last year, brought them back and received partial credit and a different(lessor) product in exchange. This time, today, I was told that all they could do is give me 25% off a new cartridge. I asked why and was told "it's been over a week since you bought them, there is nothing we can do. So I informed them that if they used a different cartidge(not a disposable one - which is bs, none of them are safe for the garbage/ environment anyway- they are just cheaper), then it could be depressurized to stop them from leaking more. The budtender/manager of the moment looked at me like I was crazy. He pointed out the "heat warning" on the package label. I said, "sure, but this is Arizona the whole state has a heat warning." He told me he keeps his at home. I told him that some people don't have the luxury of casual use, its medication, and it goes with me like any other madication. Poor customer service all the medication. Poorly designed packaging of a decent product, and people who dont listen to customers and utilize good suggestions. This was always my to go to place but not no more. The bud tenders are not helpful anymore and the bud has been tasting like crap lately. They put in a new computer system and then all of a sudden you're paying more for a quarter ounce because they can't fix the computer system. Before this place went recreational it was awesome and the bud tenders were very helpful. Now we have a bunch of bud tenders that don't give a shit about you and it shows. I've talked to 10 people that used to go there and we all go to prime leaf now. Prime leaf has fresh bud no chemical smell and the bud tenders are very helpful. The last few times I went to Desert Bloom it's been like a circus atmosphere with all the people running around and all the craziness going out in front. Watching people who work the door getting into vehicles to get high. Also the fact that we have to wear a mask is another reason I won't go any longer. Prime leaf is my to go to now and no mask required. Instead of worrying about making all the money you might wanna worry about your customers because you're going to start losing them. I just got my MJJ card and am new to buying. Called Desert Bloom and asked what I should buy to help me sleep. I was very specific about not wanting to get high, just wanted something to help me sleep. Since I was a new patient I was entitled to a freebie so I decided to try two different strains. The first one I asked for, Girl Scout Cookie, was no problem. Then the rep kept switching which strain I should get for my freebie. I think he mentioned four different ones until he found one that qualified for my BOGO. I took him at his word that both these strains were conducive to sleep but once I got them home and looked them up I discovered they both cause a "high". Store experience: I ordered these over the phone.; emailed my MJJ card and drivers license info. Then when I got to the store NOONE seemed to listen to what I was saying. Must have had to tell 4 different employees I was there to pick up an order and had already given them my license and MJJ card. Then one staff person called my name and started looking for my order, couldn't find it. Turns out there was another person in the store with the same first name; staff person didn't bother to look at picture on license. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. read more
