Apparently only men buy from this company and the only way they can follow through on a purchase is to be greeted by scantily clad women, and not just on one picture but almost all (and they aren't fixing the cars)...REALLY!!! Replace those photos with ones depicting insensitive racial sterotypes and see where that gets you. I don't care if you have a room full of naked photos, just try to present something more intelligent and relevant to promote your business.

Sell Us Your Call not only said they would do it, but also offered to take the wheels completely off for me and set them aside for pickup at no charge. They towed the vehicle, paid me, and the next day I went by their location and grabbed the ready-to-go wheels they set aside for me. Great service and would highly recommend! Brandon did a great job of loading the vehicle from my property even though it was a tight squeeze for their flatbed. Couldn't be happier!

I wish I could do even more, but I've spent enough time dealing with this situation and the unfortunate mis-treatment from this establishment. I caution anyone doing business with them. They have a very obvious no cash refund policy, which is stated everywhere. I was informed however that if my part needed to be returned, I could do so for a store credit. It's stamped and on the receipt in fine print. I was assured verbally of this by Tyrone. So within 15 days of purchase, I returned the part(after my mechanic was told by them that we could do so for a store credit). I was surprised to be told that yes, they said that, but that they were wrong. I dealt with Tyrone, the African American man that speaks the only English there. He says to me that he told me that I could return it anytime as a favor to me, being that I too am African American. I asked what that had to do with anything... He proceeds to tell me that if his owner knew he said that, he'd be in trouble. Regardless of what "favor" he thought he was given, their printed receipt says store credit is given on merchandise returned for any reason minute to restocking fee of 25%. When I pointed this out, he began to get upset and offended and agressive. I told him I wasn't attaching him, but that they needed to honor what was said and what's written. He continued to deny giving credit. He went as far as to say I should be making my mechanic correct this since they told.me to get the wrong part to begin with... This wasn't even the case, and I told him I wasn't pointing fingers. I just wanted them to honor their own policy. He fought me in doing this so I asked for owners Info, in which he then said he couldn't give me that... after arguing that he needed to give me i do so I could take it above him, he stated that owner would say the same. So I said to Tyrone, so you mean to tell me it's okay that you guys lie and not honor your policy??? Tyrone looked me in the face and said "yeah, I guess it is." I finally got the name of the owner from he, but at the point he was threatening to kick me out. Another man had to intervene and translate to a guy named Javier, who was aware of the initial transaction and conversation. It wasn't until the 3rd party stepped in and explained the policy a lil better in which still did not match what was being done... I eventually just took down owner name and left. No store credit, no respect and a horrible taste in my mouth for this establishment. I've been advised to call 3 on your side.... I've instead prayed for them and their way of doing business... I had to write this review tho, people have to see who they are dealing with. A company that goes back in their own policy without a care in the world.
