I paid $19500 for my backyard and attaching photos of the progress of two months My backyard project was begun by Alex and his team TWO months ago, and he hasn't completed it yet. He took almost all the money, around 98% of it, by saying his problems and I helped him in all possible ways as I can. (my mistake for trusting Alex and his crew). In these two months he worked around 10 days or 15 max and also that with an inexperienced team. This is the most unprofessional team I have ever met in my life. They betrayed me by making false promises, even though I trusted them as my friends. As a first-time home buyer, it was difficult for me to start the backyard job but still I decided to make this backyard, since my family can spend some quality time there with my 5-month-old baby. The work that Alex and his colleagues are doing is insufficient, and I won't discuss anything about it here since doing so would need a lengthy article. As a client, I had to phone them every day to find out when they are coming. I also had to remain with them and provide guidance for the job they perform. Giving my backyard project to this unprofessional crew was a mistake on my part. Because I lost money, faith, and patience, That's the reason why I'm sharing this review with everyone. One Day he came to my house at 7:00AM and said he don't have money to buy material for my backyard so I gave money, and he took the money and said he will back in 2 hours. You know what happened, he didn't show up for the day he went to his other location and started work. Tell me how much I should get irritated for this kind of unethical behavior. I don't know how many times I have called Alex. Sometimes he won't respond and pick up the call, then I have to connect with him via his social media accounts. It is frustrating for a loyal customer. Today morning I called Alex, and he was making fun of me, as a customer do I need to hear all this? Two months for a backyard project is unacceptable and still I tried to be calm with them and helped them to complete. I gave a contact of my friend and Alex company took $4000, HE WAS NOT SHOWING FOR 2 WEEKS AND ALSO ALEX WAS NOT COMPLETED MY BACKYARD HENCE MY FRIEND CANCELED TO GO WITH ALEX. This was extremely important as we were flying out of town for a week and wanted the project completed before we left. Alex was extremely accommodating which is a valuable trait for ANY company. In the middle of sending him that document I get a text from him that said he Googled my address and that they "Dont cover that area". If they are going to put price and location restrictions on their services then they need to publish that information on their website where I got their contact info from so it won't be a waste of people's time. Based on my brief interaction with Jim I would exercise some caution for anyone looking to do business with him.

Each time I walk outside my front door, I am reminded of how much money I spent in getting my front yard landscaped only to have been ripped off by what I thought was a reputable company. I would submit pictures, but I'm actually too embarrassed to even share them online. For all the time and money I invested, I should've been proud of this small project. I expressed my disappointment at the time everything was installed, but they could've cared less. Today, the plants that survived are not healthy and neither are the trees. I would NEVER recommend this landscaping company to anyone IF they want a professional job. I question whether this company actually employs licensed landscaper architects or your run-of-the- mill high school student.
