Minutes. That's faster than it takes to get through a drive-thru when the person in front of you orders 47 items. Meanwhile, over at the big banks, you need three forms of ID, your firstborn child, and a blood sample just to ask a question. And after all that, they still charge you $35 because you blinked wrong. Bought a truck from this dealer remotely. I live in California. When the truck arrived I test drove it and immediately noticed violent shaking or what is referred to as a death roll. I called Jerry who is the salesperson I dealt with and explained the problem. After haggling with him for a half an hour the dealership agreed to pay for 50% of the cost of new tires. Once the new tires were installed the problem went away. When I received the truck it came with a 90 day temporary Arizona registration. After about a month I called Unique Trucks to enquirer when my title would be sent to me and was told the title would be sent to my lender. I've been calling my lender every week and finally they just confirmed having received the Digital Title this past Saturday, a full 2 and a half months after I purchased the vehicle. My lender is saying it'll take another 5-6 weeks for them to retest the paper title and send it to my California DMV office. This means my truck's registration will expire and the truck will need to sit for more than a month without me being able to drive it due to Unique Truck's screwup. I have tried to call this dealership countless times and all I get is a voicemail. Think twice and thrice before doing business with this dealership. Their customer service is non existent once you have given them your money. NEVE AGAIN UNIQUE TRUCKS!!

I spent another 45 minutes getting my account taken care of & again nothing but good service. Nor was I rushed out as the bank had closed while I was still getting assistance. Hopefully, the new start will provide opportunities to turn this branch around as a whole.
