During the initial remodel, which they sent us photos and daily reports on, they oversaw everything from room demolition, pool and spa mechanical replacement, new roof and solar install to a complete AV smart home rewire. When we were unable to be there for our move in date, they oversaw and inspected the delivery of home furnishings, an extensive art collection and a vehicle that were all shipped cross-country. When we finally arrived, they had the refrigerator stocked and the car waiting for us at the airport.
