Got a quote for some work to be done…read more Guys showed up and said 75% of it didn't need to be replaced, even though one fitting was clearly leaking. Fine, so they fixed 3 of the 10 items listed on the quote and it took an hour and 45 mins. With two people. Two angle stops and a shortened drain. My contractor shows up and asked all the questions you'd expect and says I overpaid and still need another plumber to come back and fix it all. Gave me a new plumber to contact, (who has 30 years experience in the valley)he came over and fixed everything in less than an hour and put together our vanity plumbing for free. Just to be nice. His price was fair and still less than my updated price from these guys. I had to call Randal's multiple times to get someone on the phone to explain why this happened. Excuses.
