Most places only do the scan and give you the results, however, Julio sat down with me afterwards and explained them in great detail. This alone was worth the cost of the entire service. Not only did I learn about my individual results and needs, but I also gained a much better understanding of overall body composition and the suggested guidelines for body fat and bone density. I was called for rememinder to get there...get changed and left in the room a few min...normally they say come out when you're dressed to be told they cant perform mri of my brain because they dont have the machine. Mind you I had this same service provided 3 weeks ago. As someone with chronic illness and it took all my energy to get out of bed and drive 25 minutes. This is very unacceptable. The place was fully staffed and everyone just stood there clueless. As this is not my first rodeo with desert imaging. I do believe them to racial profiling. Something needs to be done!!!.

We literally sat waiting until about 6:30 PM when finally the girl that does the echocardiogram finally arrived to make it worse me and another person were there for echocardiogram because of chemotherapy so we had to have them done a women walks in at 6:20 and checks her son in they give her the same story that the person that has the echocardiograms had not arrived yet and that it may be a little while the person tells them that her son is hyper. I then hear the lady at the counter whisper she will put him in front of everyone else that had already been waiting over two hours and that's exactly what they did once the girl finally arrived they let the women with the so called hyper son go first they had only been there 20 minutes in front of ppl that had been there for hours. I also heard the staff talking and apparently the girl that does the echocardiogram Does it quite often shows up late very often. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. People are here because they need things to have to wait two and three hours because someone doesn't come to work on time is insane money and co-pays were taken immediately and then we had to sit and wait for hours to be seen. FRAUDULENT CODING. They incorrectly coded a fully covered procedure in order to get my $$…read more I'd been using the assured imaging mobile van for a few years for my annual mammogram and always had a good experience. They stopped doing the mobile van here because a permanent local office opened up. I visited the assured imaging local office in 2022 for my routine annual preventative mammogram. My insurance covers this procedure at 100%, HOWEVER, they incorrectly coded this procedure so that I would have to pay. After DOZENS of calls and tons of time with my insurance and the assured imaging people, Briana at assured imaging finally acknowledged the mistaken (after my insurance person contacted her) and told me they would close my account. I thought the matter had been resolved, but I was nervous because she refused to give me a confirmation or reference number or anything in writing. I was told I would receive confirmation in the mail but never did. Then, in JANUARY 2024 (so, 2 years after the service and alleged "closing" of my erroneous bill) they turned the account over to collections. When I contacted assured imaging once again, I was told the exact same thing: they acknowledged the incorrect coding and told me they would send a letter confirming that they closed my account. That never happened, and I finally just paid the collections agency... for a fake charge for a service I never received.

They even text you a cute reminder message. At my first appointment I was only 16 weeks and they were able to determine gender. The office is comfortable and can fit 9-10 people in the ultrasound room (I had a lot of family members with me)! The tech is very sweet and she made me Feel comfortable the whole time. They offered me a repeat appointment because my baby was very stubborn and we couldn't see her face. I was okay with the pictures I got because they actually turned out great. I went in for my second portion of the package at 32 weeks. Wow! What a difference! The baby was still a girl, haha and there were awesome features on her face that look great. The tech took her time to show me hands, feet, nose and lips. She was always pleasant and very patient with the other kids I had in the room with me. Again this visit was very comfortable and I felt like I was in a great environment!! I would really recommend this place because of the ease of scheduling, the timeliness of the tech (never had to wait), and the overall comfort that my family and I felt.

The front seat receptionist was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job enforcing safety protocols. She kindly asked a patient to put on her face mask. That lady did not want to, but did after she was asked to leave the premises if she refused to wear her mask. They don't mess around. You better put your mask on here, or they will ask you to leave. The technician took extreme care to care for me. My appointment was at 10:15, and I was taken care of promptly, but I never felt rushed. There are many negative reviews, but I don't understand why as they did an outstanding job the entire time I was there.
