I totally trust her knowledge and expertise and that I get the best care available. I am very lucky to be her patient and wouldn't go any where else for primary care. Recently I had some very unusual medical symptoms and Dr. Pai quickly saw me, listened to my symptoms and correctly accessed the cause which was confirmed with blood work for a rare condition. He doesn't even charge us to adjust our young son, which was a godsend after we first moved. He was having a very hard time adjusting to things here, but after a few sessions with Dr. Williams, he was sleeping much better and was much happier. My wife and I are both also very satisfied with our adjustments every time that we go. Dr. Williams is very friendly, which to me is a big change from most doctors who really seem like they can't be bothered with you half the time. They just want your co-pay before they kick you out the door. So if you are looking for chiropractic care in Las Cruces, and especially if you have small children, I can't recommend Dr. Williams highly enough. Since it wouldn't let me get past that page because I didn't fill the insurance part in, I decided to go early for my appointment on Monday morning and fill it out then. When I got there, early, and told them about being unable to fill in the form because it wouldn't let me past the insurance page, the receptionist told me that I wouldn't be able to be seen today because the form was lengthly. I explained the above to her and that I got the form on a Saturday and they were closed so I couldn't call to get my questions answered. She shrugged her shoulders and said again, the form was long and I wouldn't be able to been seen. She said I should have just put N/A in the insurance part. How was I to know that? There were no directions saying that. I explained it has taken me 5 months to get the VA to authorize the visit. She shrugged again. Could I come in tomorrow. I said no. I do have a life. And she shrugged again. I picked up my stuff and left. Don't you think I could have filled out what I could get done before seeing the doc and then finish it after? You can also bet no matter how long the form was, I could have finished it before my wait was over since there were 2 other people waiting before me.
