So I ended up not ACTUALLY buying anything here, because I had to return the items I purchased, but…read morethese guys were so well informed, kind, and understanding of the situation I presented them. I had an issue with an appliance I own and I went to ace hardware, then home depot, before I finally found these guys. I wasn't man-splained, I wasn't interupted, they knew exactly what I was going for, the solution I needed, and easily crafted me a solution. I did have to return hanging my head because... once I got home and tried to put it together, it was a lot more work than I could actually handle. BUT! They did solve my problem, and if I was a stronger woman, it would have solved it permanently. Point being, I will remember this place and their kindness when I need to return. :) Recommending strongly!

I can't say enough good things about Red Supply. These guys really know their stuff. I came in…read moremultiple times (literally like 5 visits ) trying to figure out an issue with my shower, and every single time they were patient, helpful, and willing to walk me through it step by step. They easily could've just told me to call a plumber and moved on, but instead they took the time to explain things, troubleshoot with me, and make sure I understood what I was doing. That kind of customer service is rare. Because of them, I was actually able to fix my issue myself, and I'm super grateful for that. If you need help with anything plumbing-related, this is the spot.

Just received my order of various hair accessories from this exceedingly cute and quirky boutique,…read moreand it was like Christmas in August!! Not only were the products I ordered unique, they're so much more charming in person! And email communication beforehand with Miss Lena was so open and thoughtful, I felt so valued on top of the sensation of being seen by this rare shop. I'm really looking forward to an in-person visit soon!

I discovered Homage during a walking tour of Pasadena, and I'm so glad I did! The store may be…read moresmall, but it's packed with amazing finds. The jewelry is handcrafted, and many pieces include the artist's name and a short bio, which adds such a personal touch. They also carry candles, bags, greeting cards, and products for men, women, and children. The variety is impressive, and I especially appreciated the large selection of handcrafted items. The associates are friendly, welcoming, and genuine. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and I noticed they recognized and acknowledged repeat customers. That's impressive, especially considering the number of tourists who visit the store. Another thing I appreciated is that they don't overwhelm you with emails. Their emails are event-focused and purposeful, which is refreshing. You're paying for quality, craftsmanship, and unique items you won't find just anywhere. The prices reflect the specialty merchandise they carry and the care that goes into selecting it. Parking... well, it's Pasadena! It can be challenging, with mostly metered street parking and paid parking garages nearby, but it's a pleasant walk to the store. I highly recommend Homage! It's a wonderful place to find unique gifts or treat yourself to something special.

What a find. I happen to drive by this place a few months ago while going to visit my mom. So I…read moretoday I finally had the opportunity to visit with my mom. She was definitely impressed once she walked in. It's like Costco for a Chinese Market. Just be careful navigating the parking lot. There are big trucks coming in and out. There's not that much parking spaces, but we were here on a Friday noon and that was not an issue. Keep in mind that this warehouse does not have A/C. They use big industrial fans to help circulate the air. So I would not recommend coming here when it's hot outside. Prices here are definitely cheaper than what you would find in a typical Asian Supermarket. You don't need any type of membership to shop here. It's open to the public. Though, there was a 10% off if you signed up for their loyalty membership. I didn't because it took me to a site that was all in Chinese. We ended up walking the entire warehouse and my mom ended up spending over $200 and found her favorite brand of rice AA that has eluded her for months now.

It wasn't cart against cart and I didn't get my ankles dove into. We parked quite a distance away to avoid the chaos, but there's definitely a lot of people who are trying to park as close as possible and people with no self awareness, but isn't that everywhere? Good amount of free samples here and the sample workers were quite efficient. Everything was in stock for what we were trying to find. Despite the crowds, everything was largely organized with a great, diverse selection (like every Costco) and trash wasn't left everywhere either which is good. Fair cost and affordable prices, so it's always great to come here to grab food to feed a party at. Again, Costco knows what it's doing, so even with endless lines of people to check out, we didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes since everything was done so efficiently. Clearly we can see why the cult of Costco exists.

They even have a dedicated Asian snack section with baked goods like the viral Ugly Cake, which I haven't been able to find at any other Costco. One thing I do like is that the self-checkout line moves surprisingly fast. The downside is that the food court is always crowded, and the condiment station is often out of relish. It just isn't the same eating a hot dog without it.
