After coming by to inspect the vent, I was expecting a follow up call to let me know what the assessment was and what part(s) needed to be replaced and/or if the entire unit needed to be replaced. I called Greg multiple times over the next two days and did not get a response. I called the store directly and spoke with multiple employees about the situation and they said they would speak to Greg and have him call me, yet I never received a call from Greg. After a week of no returned calls from anyone I decided to go into the store to see if I could get some answers. I went in multiple times and I was told once again that they would contact Greg and get me some answers but still (almost two weeks later) I have not received any calls from Greg or any other employees at Pasadena Kitchens. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with my overall experience and will not be returning to Pasadena Kitchens. I'm in real estate and have over 700 agents in my Pasadena office that I will make sure to tell to stay away from this place. Very unfortunate that my experience lead me to have to leave a negative review. I hope Pasadena Kitchens does better in the future with their customers, but they will definitely not be receiving my future business or recommendations.

Prestige wasn't the cheapest but he seemed the most experienced and knowledgeable in bringing that vision to life. It's true what they say - you get what you pay for!!! Amin and his team helped us navigate issues that came up including for example when I ended up not liking the original countertop I had picked before hiring Prestige. I told Amin about the issue and he brought me some samples that aligned with my vision and his design know-how and we were able to move forward without delay. When there was potential issues arising, Amin and his team quickly brought them up to our attention with recommendations. In the end, we love our new bathroom. It came in within budget and under the timeline. We will be hiring Prestige in the future as we continue our home renovations in the next few years. Thank you Prestige!

I was told by the customer service representative that the restocking fee would not apply if I was upgrading/exchanging rather than simply returning the camera. When I arrived at the store, I explained this and asked the associate/manager named Sushi (name as written on the card I was given) to honor what Best Buy customer service had already confirmed. Despite explaining that I had verified the policy before making the trip and deciding to proceed with the upgrade, he would not honor what I had been told. I was ultimately charged a $105 restocking fee, even though I was not walking away from Best Buy or simply returning the product -- I was purchasing a more expensive Canon R50 from them. What was especially frustrating was that I took the extra step to contact Best Buy in advance specifically so there would be no surprises. I relied on the information their own customer service representative provided, only to be told something different once I was in the store. I understand that stores have policies, but when a customer verifies something directly with Best Buy before making a purchase decision, there should be some accountability and consistency between customer service and the store. This experience left me feeling like Best Buy did not stand behind the information its own representative provided. I've now had to escalate the issue to corporate in hopes of getting the $105 fee refunded.

What really stands out is the price. It already looks cheaper than Armstrong, and possibly even negotiable, but the quality does not feel worse at all. The plants look healthy, beautiful, and well cared for, so it feels like a better-value choice rather than a lower-quality one. They have mostly green plants, with only a small selection of flowering plants, but everything looks great. For plants, especially shrubs, many varieties come in different sizes at different price points, so you can choose based on your needs and budget.
