I highly recommend this food truck if you're in the mood for some great mariscos/seafood! They…read moreaccept Apple Pay which was awesome since I only had my phone on me. Prices are reasonable. The truck itself has the menu right on it so I didn't have to look it up and it's painted nicely so you can't miss it. We came on a weekend around 4pm and there was no line. I ordered the shrimp, crab and octopus tostadas for $15.99 and I received a great portion of food along with two tostadas. My date ordered two battered fish tacos for $8.99 and they were loaded. Also amazing. The food was very fresh and delicious with every bite. I was unaware the tostada order came with spicy sauce and It was very spicy but I kept eating because the food was fantastic so next time I'd opt for mild sauce instead of hot because it was as though someone was cutting onions by the end of the meal. Haha. It was worth the spicy tears and I can't wait to try more of the food.

You get a nice condiment packet with each item. Service was nice. They were helpful in answering our questions, plenty of parking, truck was nicely kept, menus were easy to read. They had some good music playing, nice while you're waiting for your food. Agua de pepino was ok. We'll definitely be back to try other things.

It was a beautiful day at Rancho Mirage Park Farmers Market and they were there serving up their delicious brews. I ordered a Buttercup Latte and my partner ordered the Vanilla Matcha Latte. Afterwards my partner and I discussed worrying the drinks would be sweet but they were PERFECT! Such great balance between the buttercup and the taste of coffee. Prices were more than reasonable!! They serve all drinks with Oatmilk which was perfect for us because it is what we drink daily. Their overall aesthetic was dreamy! Loved this place and hoping time catch them at another farmers market or event soon!

This is a coffee truck and the only downfall is they don't have a permanent spot! The service is amazing and the people take extra care of you always helping you with a charismatic attitude. I love the design of the truck rustic chic cowgirl serving you up! I recommend all my friends to check out Haystack at the Farmers Market or try her delivery service. I always get the iced vanilla latte but the seasonal iced blueberry and pistachio latte are a sure fave too. Try Haystack next time you're in the desert if you can catch her! Portions are not skimp at all and prices were reasonable! My favorite was the shrimp ceviche. I hate to brag, but my ceviche is the best. And tbh, Felipe's is almost as good as mine! Hehehe. Very fresh ingredients with generous portion of shrimp. This was my favorite item we ordered! Tacolgado were mini quesabirria tacos that was perfectly sized to share. This was really good! Then we also ordered the chicken flautas that was really good! The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned and moist but the fried tortilla was not soggy at all. This was so good! The kids enjoyed this the most. Especially the cotija !! So so good. Wednesdays are 50% off their margaritas which I wasn't able to try but next time, I will! The ladies next to us ordered a few and I overheard how they were all good! The restaurant is family friendly, clean and decor was very cute! Service was very attentive and the servers were very quick. We enjoyed our 1st time and definitely plan to come back!

Food is good, but service is lacking…read more I ate at Felipe's last night by myself and was really disappointed at the service. I sat there for a good 5+ minutes before anyone even came over to take my order. A couple minutes after that, a party of 6 came in and they were promptly served chips and salsa, while I'm sitting there still waiting for chips and salsa. When I finished my drink, no one came over to ask if i wanted a refill, so I finally had to stop a server and ask for a refill. You need to give the single diners a little attention too, especially as many of us are locals and like supporting the local businesses. Not sure I'll be back again.
