I followed the prompts on my phone and made an appointment for 5:30 PM at this location. However, after I checked in, I was told that battery replacement usually takes about two hours or more and that I wouldn't get my phone back until the following day. This was highly disappointing as I had driven an hour and a half from 29 Palms to make this appointment too. I wish the system would have notified me of how long the replacement would take or prevented me from booking such a late appointment (this store closes at 7pm). Nevertheless, Benny made it happen. Debbie also took really good care of me, and was such a pleasure to talk to, too. This kind of customer service is what makes Apple so great, and why I continue to be devoted to their ecosystem of products. I held onto the old phone when I buying the new phone, and s/w between the two were synchronized. Within weeks the synchronization broke down and neither phone functioned. Gemma (who as far as I'm concerned walks on water) solved the problem within minutes. This was several months ago and both phones continue to work perfectly. He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business. It was unclear where to park and where the business was located. After parking and walking a long distance to the entrance, I went up the stairs of the difficult to find building only to find myself very confused by the vast number of businesses in the building. There was a large map posted on the wall of the second floor above the staircase that I found very hard to understand. I walked a short distance down each available hallway and was relieved to get some help by someone who was familiar with the building who was able to give me directions to the suite. When I got there, I was told that they could not fix it and to take it to Walmart.
