We also paid extra to have them do what is called a roll back or back rolling. After they sprayed two coats of paint they then go back over it with a paint roller. This ensures the paint gets into all of the stucco nooks and crannies. This also helps to make sure that your houses paint last much longer. Years longer in fact. I highly recommend paying the extra cost to have this extra process done. *From the web: "Back-rolling increases adhesion by forcing the paint into the grain and pushing out the air that would otherwise be trapped in the texture. Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us. The final bill was exactly as quoted. We could not be happier with the work performed and the house looks great! Highly recommended!

They power washed the fence to remove the paint on sections and rolled the fence and painted section missed previously. I like that they made the effort to try to fix the previous mistake.
