That meant everything had to be done with extreme precision and care. From start to finish, Aaron and Jason were absolutely meticulous. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully they approached the installation to minimize any drywall disruption. They made only a minimal number of very small, tidy holes to complete the wiring -- and that made patching them up afterward an absolute breeze. In a situation where things could easily have turned messy, they kept everything incredibly clean and controlled. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They took their time to ensure the fan was perfectly mounted, balanced, aligned, and functioning flawlessly. They tested everything thoroughly and made sure it was set up exactly right before leaving. Once we went to go pay for our own laundry they almost didn't want to reimburse until we pushed hard. All of this I put in a fair 2 star review. Few days ago, I started receiving weird messages from Airbnb. Someone had apparently started calling Airbnb pretending to be me to remove my review. This happened 5-10 times. Then, I got a message from a WhatsApp number in PAKISTAN asking me to take down my review for a discount with Helios properties. After I went "what is this?" they deleted their messages.

About a week later the delivery guys arrived. The took the old mattress and boxspring away and installed the new bed. It looks spectacular! Daniella was able to include sheets (2 different colors) and an extra pillow. There was no haggling and the whole interaction with Daniella was very easy. Mathis brothers overall did great, but Daniella stood out for her commitment to make my wife and I happy with the process from finding the right bed through to getting sitting in our master bedroom.
