I have left messages with the humans that occupy the phone time on the other end, and I have left voicemail messages (nice ones, progressing to more angry ones). It is as if they are trying to drum up some anger management sessions... Look, I know 2 people who are actually using this location, and they like it... but I couldn't get my foot in the door to ... well... save my sanity. Hopefully somebody on their end will see this, and realize that their receptionist is not doing their job. I would be glad to change this review if the issues can get resolved. Had not visited his daughter in 4 years and recommended counseling for the opposing when there was no diagnosis and she legally can not diagnose anyone without a license and she called not one witness (Over 20 were provided) that knew the child said she did not have time to read the over 200 pages that were sent to her. She had from July to November. Charged $700 for the 1 hour web meeting she rolled her eyes through a lot of it and told me how to go about filing severance but sent the child back to unsupervised to father who had not been visiting at all. She would not take calls from child's teacher who wanted to report something. She ignored documentation of 4 other women father was abusive towards. She did not call child care provider or meet the child she took the testimony of the opposing parties council Maria Lawrence of Lawrence Law and ran with it who is facing a second bar complaint for lying about father's sobriety along with her client. May they rot in the darkest pit of hell.

Went there for the first and last time today. The place is filthy. I actually brought this up at the end of my appointment and was given excuses like, "oh, I have been telling them to clean for months," and "I didn't realize the chair was that dirty because I don't sit on that side of the room." As far as the person I talked to, she had the radio on the entire time next to her and kept saying, "pardon me?" when I would talk, because she could obviously not hear me over the radio. I went in to talk about possible depression, within ten minutes, she was saying how pills can "lift the fog," I expressed not wanting to go straight to medication as an answer, and she said, "I didn't say you should." She was very argumentative and told me things like, "maybe you should get a new job," and "don't worry about your kids, if they haven't burnt down the house, they're fine." Never again. I am going to go shower now.

I had to take a step back from work, and I was stuck emotionally, physically and professionally. Actually both of my parents had received coaching from Josefa years before me, and it helped them immensely. When I began my journey with her I wasn't sure what to expect, but it has had a significant impact on my healing journey. About a year after I began coaching sessions, my wife started going also.
