A real human answered the phone every time I called. The process was exactly the way they said, and we were given a full report. We had an intake call that was about 45 minutes, a full evaluation of 4 hours, and then a follow up call with Dr. Kemper. I found her very pleasant and she really listened to all our concerns and took the time to e-mail me back when I had a follow up question. I can't speak to how things went pre-Covid, but the experience we had was great, I totally felt listened to, and feel like our daughter has a great start now to improving.

Upon calling for clarification of address, there was no answer (8am) - which is the norm of their office. Their phone rolls to voicemail Every single time and you wait for a call back. We were asked to arrive at 8am. We entered the building, which was in complete darkness. We located their office which did not appear orderly as medical offices should! We were not greeted with kindness, instead told to wait in the lobby with ZERO questions asked of us. We proceeded to the lights off lobby. As we sat there, I got up and turned the lights on. Something that the 3 employees we saw in the building should have already done. My son said it was scary in there. I tried to reassure him. After 20min of sitting and not a single person caring to say a thing to us, I looked at my husband and asked... "do I go say something? They asked us to come at 8am" instead of our original time of 830. My husband said this whole thing is off. Which I 100% agreed and didn't want to be "that mom." We immediately knew this wasn't right. That was 3 of 3 for us not feeling it. We left at 8:25 and called their office - again straight to voicemail and told them we would not be coming back. Actually both of my parents had received coaching from Josefa years before me, and it helped them immensely. When I began my journey with her I wasn't sure what to expect, but it has had a significant impact on my healing journey. About a year after I began coaching sessions, my wife started going also. Had not visited his daughter in 4 years and recommended counseling for the opposing when there was no diagnosis and she legally can not diagnose anyone without a license and she called not one witness (Over 20 were provided) that knew the child said she did not have time to read the over 200 pages that were sent to her. She had from July to November. Charged $700 for the 1 hour web meeting she rolled her eyes through a lot of it and told me how to go about filing severance but sent the child back to unsupervised to father who had not been visiting at all. She would not take calls from child's teacher who wanted to report something. She ignored documentation of 4 other women father was abusive towards. She did not call child care provider or meet the child she took the testimony of the opposing parties council Maria Lawrence of Lawrence Law and ran with it who is facing a second bar complaint for lying about father's sobriety along with her client.
