I have been a regular patient at Dr. Naik's office for more than 6-7 years. I have had lots of dentists previously in California and Phoenix. Without a doubt Dr. Naik's dental practice is the best of the best. I take my entire family, including my then 4 year old daugther 5 years ago, to the office for regular cleanings, a couple of root canal issues, and the odd cavity repair, etc. My daughter who has been going here since age 4 (now 9) absolutely loves the office!! She loves that they give her headphones to watch a movie while they work on her teeth. The office does all the little thoughtful things, like giving you sunglasses while you are under the bright light, as well as lubricating your dry lips every so often to make sure you are comfortable. And even headphones for relaxing music while you are being worked on. I used to have a checklist of lip balm, sunglasses, and iPod / headphones, but I am all taken care of with these comfort items at this office. No other dental office ever has close to the same amount of attention to details. I refer my extended family, friends, co-workers, anyone to this office. Every single referral has expressed gratitude for coming here, and will refuse to go anywhere else. You are in the best hands with Dr. Naik and her office. I will refuse to go anywhere else!!! Growing up in a different country, I didn't have access to good dental care as a child, and I wasn't very knowledgeable about the subject, so I had received some treatments in the past (from other dentists) that I might later have chosen differently. We only get one set of adult teeth, so I consider it extremely important to preserve them as much as possible, and that is Dr. Naik's philosophy as well. I found Dr. Naik through Phoenix Magazine's list of "Top 100 Dentists", which she has been on many times, and I asked close friends who are now dentists (in another state) to consult with her on my treatment plan prior to becoming a patient. It's been many years since then, and I am so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Naik. I definitely feel like my teeth are in good hands, and I've referred her to many friends and family. Recently, one of my last remaining metal fillings (from a former dentist) failed, and Dr. Naik squeezed time out of her schedule to see me on the same day to replace the loose filling with a new composite one. She and her staff's (including my hygienist TJ) concern for my dental health makes me grateful to be a patient at her office. They go into great detail to keep me informed about my oral hygiene, which builds my trust far more than any other dental practice I've experienced. I know many people dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Naik and her staff do everything they can to put the patients' minds at ease. The office is nicely decorated and lit to feel like a cozy spa rather than a sterile medical office, and they do things like play soothing music and serene videos to try to make the patients as comfortable as possible. These details are icing on the cake (and my sweet tooth is thankful for Desert Sky Dentistry too!). I only wish I had found Dr. Naik sooner. read more

I must re-iterate that everything in the beginning was 5-star, no question. Unfortunately, as my treatment plans and experiences went on, it became very apparent that they have some serious front office, management, and other business-related issues. I really wanted to stay with them for the long term; and I did so even with more out of pocket expenses to me. Today I had my second visit with Dr. Naik and I am BEYOND thrilled to have her as my dentist! I've had bad experiences with other doctors in the past, including one years ago who thought it appropriate to openly shame me for having cavities, and made me feel humiliated to even step into his office. Dr. Naik is the exact opposite, and makes you feel welcome and empowered from day 1. Because of financial circumstances in addition to my prior bad experiences, it had been many years since I've been to a dentist and I have a lot of work that needs to be done. Dr. Naik focused on the positives and created a comprehensive plan to move forward and tackle each problem area in such a way that I can see a clear light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone in the office is very professional and compassionate, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but I now look forward to my future appointments without anxiety. Dr.Naik and her staff are the best. I have been to many dentists across the US ( and have had an extensive amount of dental work done) and have now found a truely WONDERFUL dentist. Dr. Naik's caring attitude, her extensive dental knowledge and skill has made my visits to the office pleasant. It used to be a case of the "cold clammy" hands and anxiety when I knew a dentist visit was due. That is not the case any more. She is "my forever" dentist !!! I will be honest, it has been years since I have been to a dentist. I can thank horrible experiences from past dentists for that. It took a chipped tooth to get me in the doors and I have to say that I am so glad that I found Dr. Naik. I am not the type of person to rant and rave about going to the dentist but I am so impressed with the care and service that I have received that I have to leave a comment. From my first call to my most recent visit, the entire staff at Desert Sky Dentistry has been amongst some of the most professional and kind people I have met. I have only good things to say about this business. I had been looking for a dentist close to Sun City West and found this through my neighbor, whom I drove to her appointment there. Because I had to wait for her, it caused me to look around the office, question the receptionist about insurance policies (I had none) and observe their operation. I was impressed and made an appointment, which was only a few days ago. I received a good, gentle exam, full x-rays by a very nice young man, a good cleaning by an excellent Hygienist and then a follow-up with Dr. Naik. Office runs on time, all were professional and respected MY time. I will go back for my dental needs and then anticipate continuing the relationship for many future years. A dentist with all 5 star reviews!! I just moved to the area and was having some dental issues . I called and the nicest lady answered the phone to make my appointment. We had some issues pulling my insurance information up, but she was persistent and incredibly patient and we worked through the insurance hurdles, playing phone tag, and got me verified. Due to my issues, they made a point to see me asap. I got in the next morning after calling them pretty much at closing. Dr. Naik has got to literally be the nicest doctor/ dentist I've ever been to. Not only is the Dr and her staff very friendly, they also want to make sure you're properly informed And educated on what they will be doing. They use short educational videos that they play while finishing you up.. kind of works as a good distraction! I was sent to an Endodontist for an emergency procedure that afternoon. The next day, Dr. Naik personally called to make sure I was alright and that I come back in to see her soon to continue fixing my problem. Very impressed! I've had several dentists in my lifetime, but have never had a single one that would contact me that same evening and check on my personal being and satisfaction. In the medical field it's often referred to as bedside manner, in this dental case we can say that her chairside manner is impeccable. This place is by far the best dentist experience I have had. The place is beautiful with amazing technology. The entire staff was so nice. In addition the dentist dr. Naik is so wonderful. She never gave the impression she was to rushed to talk and very informative. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years because my dentist left the state. I had two cavities. She only does composite and does charge a lot for them. I like silver filling because they last longer in my mouth from my experience. But she doesn't not do them, probably because she doesn't make money on them. But they way she talks about composite sounds like she does a good job.I'll find out in a year or two.I had to redo a route canal on a tooth and she wanted to grind down my crown for 50-120$ she was trying to convince me on it. I knew better because the root canal specialist would do it for free when working on my mouth. but came off defensive about it. but seems pretty good place if you have money for denistry. Delta dental does not cover composites and will only cover 20% so for a composite with delta dental expect to pay about 220-300$ per filling. read more

Great Dentist with great staff! Get in there and get all your Dental needs. Since I had not been receiving regular dental care, I had needed a bit of work. Now that I have insurance, I came here because Hubby said he had been going here for a long time. I am so glad I chose to come here as well. Good news is my mouth is now in tip top shape, bad news is that I have to come every three months to keep it that way. Unlike hubby who comes only twice a year. Used to go to the dentist across the street, they were horrible. Now our family goes to Dr. Naik who was referred by my kids Orthodontist. Best dental practice I have ever gone to. They are caring and kind. They don't make you feel embarrassed by your issue (which so many other dentists/hygienists do). The office ladies are so sweet and helpful. Dr. Naik is very helpful and cares about the best possible treatment for your personal needs. Very calming and they take great care to not further any dental anxiety caused by past dental issues. Very good with kids. Takes great concern/treatment for cosmetic concerns of a teenager. Looks for ways to make dental costs, unpaid by Insurance, as low as possible. We'll never go anywhere else!! I drive 50 minutes to come to Dr. Naik - I would never consider doing this given how busy my life is with my 2 children if it wasn't worth it! I take both kids (usually separate due to different school schedules) twice a year so that is at least 6 trips for the the three of us. My husband is also sold on this practice. It sounds crazy but after having been to other dentists, you realize there is no better place. Dr. Naik and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention that the level of care you receive is above and beyond. A 'regular' dental cleaning at other offices is just that - regular. After having your teeth cleaned here, you will feel what 'clean' really is! Before coming to Desert Sky Dentistry, I hadn't been to a dentist in about 5 years. I tend to take really good care of my teeth so seeing a dentist just isn't a priority. Plus I went a few years without dental insurance, which just added to me not seeing one for years. However, even after brushing and flossing twice a day, I noticed that my teeth had quite a bit of plaque build up on my bottom teeth and my teeth weren't as white as they were 10 years ago. About 3 months ago I made my first visit with Dr. Naik and I am so glad I did! My teeth haven't felt this clean in years! And now I'm starting a whitening process which I'm super excited about. I was so impressed with Dr. Naik and TJ, that I insisted my husband make an appointment with her as well even though his insurance didn't fully cover her office. It was worth the extra money we spent to see a qualified professional, something that is sadly lacking in the dentist industry these days. Fee's are way too high! After she moved into this office, her fee's went up so much that many patients had to leave. There is some type of tension between the back office and front office that and it is not a very comfortable atmosphere. Beware of "Top ten Dentists" titles, many dentists actually pay a fee for this title! read more

She has not only done excellent routine dental work on us such as fillings and crowns, but has also successfully corrected our misaligned bites, fixed problems created by sub-standard work of other dentists, and responded promptly and effectively to major/ minor emergencies we've had along the way.
