Limped in to the office with cold pack on my knee and pain in my lower back. Saw Dr Coury who gave me epidurals to my lower back, which had 4 fractured vertebrae in fall in 2021. Procedure was nearly painless, professional and I was amazed to stand up and walk out of the office with NO pain! Sensational! He addressed my questions about the knee pain that has crippled me for a year. He knew exactly what nerve caused it and what could be done about resolving the cause. I love Desert Sky! All staff is friendly, professional and never treat you like a 2nd class being because you take opioids for pain. Thank you Dr Coury! Maureen Bay and Kyle White have helped me so much since I broke 4 lumbar vertebrae. I came in due to terrific R leg pain in 2022. Kyle was the one who suggested thaf it may be coming from my back. Had X-Ray s and sure enough, he was right! If only Dr Daines af ,SV Orthopaedic dept had bothered to check after the initial fall in August 2021! When I asked Dr Daines about the horrid leg pain he looked me in the eye and said. "I don't know. Nothings broken.". What a shame. read more

I was treated by Dr Coury and Dr White back in 2022 while they were still playing silly COVID games. The injections received did nothing for my pain, and Dr White was only interested in selling a new implanted device for pain. When I refused this option, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I discontinued my treatment and stated that I had lost trust with this office. Recently, I was referred back to Desert Sky and called for an appointment. After waiting several days, I finally received a call that informed me they refuse to see me due to my experience 4 years ago. As a Combat Disabled Veteran who lives in Sierra Vista, I was hoping that they might have a new Doctor or new technology that might help relieve my constant pain. Unfortunately, it seems they have the same folks, and probably still pushing expensive worthless medical implants. JMHO read more

My loved one has been suffering with a broken back and severe pain for over 10 months. After waiting 9 months just to get an appointment, we were extremely disappointed with how things were handled. We arrived early 10:45 am, trying to be responsible and prepared, only to be told by staff that we were "too late" and needed to reschedule. Reporting we were to be there 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. This response was frustrating, to never be told to come in 30 minutes early for the appointment is unacceptable. This experience made it feel as though our loved one's pain doesn't truly matter at this facility. The staff's being dismissive was disheartening, especially considering how long we had waited for this appointment and how much pain my loved one continues to endure. Patients shouldn't feel turned away or inconvenienced due to staff's mistakes. Now my whole family has to pay for this mistake while our love one waits in pain to be rescheduled for that next appointment. This experience was very upsetting and, in my opinion, unacceptable. read more

My husband, my son, and I all go to this clinic. They do a great job of listening, and caring. My husband and I have both had pain shots that gave significant relief from our pain. I had shots for pain last year that helped for almost a year. However, a month ago, I had more shots for the same area, and they only helped for a few days. I am scheduled for a follow up, and hope they can do more to help me. But I have confidence that they are helping LOTS of people satisfactorily. read more

I'll never again go see this place for pain relief!! To install a pic line they punctured me 4 times after I told them I had tiny veins and need an expert. One girl tried three times before getting the "expert" that caused me more pain. They put me on an old message table, made me VERY uncomfortable and made my blood pressure shoot up higher than it's ever been! All that and they don't do the procedure but just said I could go.... No doctor to explain, just the incompetent girl walked me to the door. Buyer beware!!!!! read more

Don't see Kyle White. He doesn't listen to patients, he only pushes pills at you and will refuse to see you if you write a negative review which the company WILL have taken down. They have a media manager as well who harassed myself and my husband because of original negative review on Google, which they had removed. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK. read more
