Sierra Vista is not the smallest town I've lived in and it certainly is far from the largest city I've lived in. It's always hard to move and find new doctors and a team that cares for you. I have had to navigate all of this in the past. I know that if I live at a higher elevation, my condition needs more attention. Moving to SV was a decision I did not take lightly because of my health. I am actually glad I moved to Sierra Vista. It's been almost two years now and I have to say that of all the places I've lived, this where I have gotten the best care for my condition. These doctors are impressive in their knowledge. That's not all though. They listen, they care, and they say what they are going to do. Not in any other place did my doctors make sure I was connected to the two other types of specialists I need to see regularly. One of these has to be in Phoenix and they made all the arrangements. I got to Phoenix for my appointment and the doctor told me that he had received a call personally from my hematologist in Sierra Vista and he had all the relevant records to help me. I couldn't be happier. Who would have imagined that there is gem of a Practice like Southwest Cancer Care. I have never been let down here and they continue to give me the best care possible.

I will be starting Radiation therapy here very soon as the team of clinicians get my plan of care together. So far I've did my initial consult with the Dr, and my molding along with signing paperwork. My experience thus far has been a pleasant one, and I'm very happy and pleasant that Cochise Oncology is in Sierra Vista because if not I would be having to drive to Tucson fir therapy and I wouldn't want to do that especially knowing that I need 44 Radiation treatments 5 days a week which spells out gas gas and more gasoline & commute time. The medical office is ample & very clean with pleasant relaxing waiting rooms. I look forward to coming here to get my treatments done in the very near future, and I gave 5 stars off the bat due to first impressions. He listened and got to know me a little and asked a lot of questions. He then gave me some homework on the importance of a person's diet. He answered my questions and I feel good about my appointment.

I felt very comfortable with him and so I decided to write this review. I am now considering making him my new PCP even though I do really like my current PCP so it's something I'll be thinking hard about but I do highly recommend Dr Sigoloff as he also has training beyond a regular family doctor being a DO too. He was supportive of my decision to incorporate additional treatments for my lung cancer in addition to chemo and immunotherapy. He does a lot of research on many different types of treatments which tells me he is in search of all things that have proven research and benefits and looks to find truth wherever it may be found.

I've been a patient with her for three years . Today was the last straw.for one she talks really loud. So if you're not okay with other patients knowing your business I suggest you don't see her. She is rough and abrasive . The way she talks to me every time I've been there I can't imagine how she treats her elderly patients. She makes you feel horrible for canceling appointments. She refuses treatment. She refuses test. She refuses imaging. I have been turned away from her three times after asking for imaging on something. She gives meds without running any cultures. She makes assumptions about your health without actual test! She will tell you how you feel is all in your head. She talks to everyone like they are idiots. Including her employees. Which normally it's one nurse. Always a new nurse every time you go cause no one wants to work with her. When you go in the atmosphere is so cold. Her employees act as if they were just abused by her. Mind you that was what my boyfriend described the employees and he's not even her patient. He says it's Like a bad child who did something wrong and got scolded. And he's only been there once to drop of paper work for me to her. That's how bad she treats them! They don't even talk. The nurses can't even be nice to you cause they are completely drained by this doctor. The doctor doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in. She solicits appointment. She seems incompetent as when she told me that she was only going to focus on one of my issues and once we figure that out we can move on. But when she tells has told me that in the past and she can't figure out the issue she says oh idk and I have had to move on to another doctor because of that. Today her and I got into a yelling match cause she couldn't handle all the information I was giving her. When asking her for her license she refused. Oh yeah don't miss appointment cause she will call all your contacts to ask why you missed your appointment and once again socialite another appointment even if you don't need her. Also I had to yell at her to give me my money back today. She charged me and when I asked for my money back she hesitated sat there and continued to argue with me.o

They have forgotten that they are there for HEALTHCARE, not business profit! While moving from one carrier to another during open season, our old insurance expired on the 9th. Today, the 11th, my son needed to be seen for flu symptoms. Good ol'e Robin tells him no.. They dont take private pay, and since we dont have our new cards we are considered to be dirt bags who wont pay our bill.. Steer clear of this office until they find someone else who actually CARES about their patients! SIMPLY DISGUSTING!
