Clean, convenient and good service. There is very seldom a wait, or just a short one. It is always clean. The only thing I don't care for is that every visit I am asked if I want to buy more tanning products. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ashley and the rest of the staff were rude, judgmental, and acted like they were better than everyone else. When I asked about a less expensive lotion, they laughed. The entire staff gave off a mean girl attitude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The manager of this establishment is a total mean girl and on a power trip. She was very disrespectful to my friends and I. Very blunt and rude, horrible customer service. According to her you must be 18 to get a spray tan or have parental consent by signature. Even though we had already gotten a spray tan there last year and her employees did not ask for a parental signature. I asked if this was a new policy because I was confused due to us not having this issue last year. She replied "No I've been the manager for 8 years" with no further explanation or customer service and a rude tone. So clearly she does not train her employees correctly and make sure they are following the law. When I went into another location later that evening with my mother to sign the form the lady there told me that the manager from this location had written a note on my account saying I had attitude and to make sure I had parental permission before spraying. Completely unprofessional behavior on her part and dramatized our interaction because I was not rude to her just confused and looking for clarity. I will never go back to this location and I advise others not to as well. The tumwater location had fabulous customer service, very friendly, good communication skills and helpful. I drive out of my way to this tanning salon because of their friendliness, cleanliness, and knowledge about the beds and spray booths! I've regained interest about the spray tan booth because of the lady at the counter and she was very helpful with tips and took me to the room to show me how to get a great spray tan! Will drive out here every time! I really enjoy this one! read more

I've only been to this location about 5 times over the last 8 months (I don't go tanning too often). But I don't have any complaints yet! All the people I've encountered working there so far have been super nice and helpful, and not too pushy trying to sell you stuff. Also the beds seem pretty clean, so I appreciate that. read more

Always Clean, I use the best beds, and have one of the best packages they offer, i love their platinum beds and red light therapy. I've been to other locations and I find myself enjoying this location the best. I have encountered a rude employee a time or two.... But overall the girls are great, try to be super friendly, and are willing to help if I've had a question. read more

Service here leaves much to be desired. The girl at the front desk was pretty rude & not helpful at all. This is the first tanning place I've ever been too that we had to buy googles. Not sure if it's like that in WA but I've never had to in other states. Seems like they are looking to get the most $ out of you they can. Beds don't seem too good either. At least the one we tried. Uneven heat =uneven tanning, which is what we got & by the looks of other customers it's common in this place. I'm glad we used the free week coupon (of which I went only 2 days because of their crappy beds) to try it out because we won't be back! Do not come to this location or any desert sun at all. You will definitely not get good quality service here. The girls are snobby, never at the desk, and do not buy a lotion that you are not 100% guaranteed to not want to return. Their return policy or exchange policy is not possible for the customer to see nor will they give you a receipt stating this policy. I tried to return a lotion only a day after I bought it and was told that they could be returned but I had to wait for the GM to come there. So a couple days later I went and the GM told me it's against their corporate policy. She told me that the policies on the website but why would I be looking at the website when I'm installing purchasing something. I never got a receipt which legally they have to give you a receipt if they want to enforce this policy. I'm having an attorney involved in this and their attorneys about to have a Heyday with this. I feel sorry for the salon and the employees that work there. Pathetic! Go to a different Salon you're definitely get better quality service. read more

The rep at this location told me that I would have to spend $50 to be able to cash in a $20 gift certificate that had no stipulation on how much had to be spend. There ads and advertising is a rip off and is false advertising. I do not recommend trying to use any coupons, gift certificates or promo codes as they do not honor what is printed on them and tell you that there are rules to them that are not printed on them or anywhere in store. I would have rated them a zero but yelm make you choose at least one star. I will not ever do any business with them ever again. read more

I have been tanning at this salon for 4 years, You pay more for cash packages than if you sign a membership. You should'nt be penalized because you dont want an auto paymentt to come out of your account, Products are expensive as well. But the stafff has always been courtious and try to get you the prices. read more
