Unlike many others I've been to which may or may not leave you feeling sticky... :P ;) Clean and a modern aesthetic. Very calm vibe... music is always great and on a rotation! Country, to Hawaiian reggae, to classic rock and everything in between. Now to the good stuff: The tanning beds are all luxury and KBL. Red light is incredible and definitely works. The staff: the FRIENDLIEST staff . So very very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond! All the girls are total dolls and don't just zone out on their phones but rather engage with customers and make you feel very welcomed. Willing to answer any question too!!! For reference - This is unlike many tanning salons, where the girls are usually distracted, seem bothered when you ask them questions about services, and are generally just kind of rude. NOT HERE! Actually warm and friendly women. Products: honestly... They stock some of the best items for Tanning/red light therapy in the industry and most are top sellers and are all backed up by science and research. Varying degrees of prices for products for everyone's budget. But sometimes... You get what you pay for! Meaning the more expensive tanning lotions are priced such as they are loaded with skincare ingredients, skin, tightening ingredients, etc., etc. (That's just my personal experience and take on things.) Which I'm doing the 1 week for the price of one session. Which I then brought 2 small packets of lotion that she picked out because in my opinion they know what works and what doesn't. I loved that she told all the pricing and packages and what came in them. I told her that I'll be using them religiously! The tanning beds were top Notch , I'm used to older beds that I'm just dying in from zero fans . These were amazing ventilated and I kept cool the whole time while getting a bomb tan ! Since then the manager, Kate has reached out to me and apologized. She made it clear that would not happen again, and used it as a training lesson for her employees. The fact that they took the time to go into their system and look up my phone number instead of just writing a generic response is impeccable customer service. I totally understand that if you show up five minutes before close and expect to have a 20 minute service that is taking advantage, but she understands that was not what I was trying to do. Then only issue MY ACCOUNT NEVER GOT FROVEN AND CHAHED FOR DECEMBER and JANUARY . I so so great fun for a refund for December goddess's I can purchase my child diapers now. I've my back 5 times and still no pending refund form. I've wrote the Salome 7 emails and recover 3. I would really like this issue get resolved ASAP. Absolutely shocked with how perfect it was and wish I could do it all winter long. The sweet young woman at the front desk helped me feel confident about the process and helped me pick a solution that would look best. And she couldn't have been more right! She took the time to explain everything and steered me away from services I wouldn't need and even recommended more cost-effective options where necessary! Simply an awesome experience! I came in recently to buy a new membership and the gal told me I had a $300 balance from a long time ago, they said it looks like the card I had on file didn't go through for 3 months. I explained I had spoken to the lady there and I cancelled it, not my fault she didn't cancel correctly and they kept trying to charge me? Instead of allowing me to tan and maybe work it out on my way out, she made me sit in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for a text back from her manager, so extremely unprofessional. Ended up saying I could pay half the owed balance ($150) and then they'd let me tan again. I said hard pass, the balance shouldn't even have been there and I never used the service during any of those "attempted" charged months. Tatianna really shouldn't work in a customer facing job, not a people person. Don't tan here.
