It took me forever to get an appointment then when I did and got my car back it worked fine for a couple days again I had to take the car back and now it needs a new engine. LOUIS IS VERY RUDE and also minor experiences I've had with Chris have been rude as well I stated what are you guys going to do to accommodate me since y'all sold me the car like that he states well how were you doing it before ? Like uh Chris I wasn't that's why I got the car. They will take your money quick ! But when you need a prob fixed they are very rude that your upset and treat you like shit. Maria she did help me get an extension on a payment which is pro getting a car with them. And Carlos hooked me up with bomb insurance that's not a lot which is also a pro. Now if I would've got better service and my car worked fine or let's say My car didn't work fine but they fixed it without being rude and also set me up in something for the mean time or at least like gave me a discount orSOMETHING at least I would've been just fine. Like getting a new engine is fine and I'm very thankful I didn't have to pay for it even with my warranty being over (which is another pro) and all but them having to keep my car was a big set back on my bills how I make it to work and how I make my extra money to survive. I wouldn't have to go through any of this if they didn't sell me a car that had problems already. I would say everyone was awesome and honestly they were up until my car started having issues. And they prey on people that don't know a lot about cars. I was eager to get into one and they helped me out forsure to get into one. But if you do work with them make sure you check everything or have someone check your car out . Now I'm stuck with a car and I have to hope me getting this new engine helps it. And if it does hey I'll be really greatful but would I do this again with these people it's a BIG NO for me.

The battery and alternator of the car went bad in under 2 months after buying car. Now when I contact them after I noticed the difference in parts, they dismiss my concern and they don't even remember the date i bought car from them. Dismiss everything and won't take any responsibility. Body work is not the best as well. I've already spent $700 on battery and alternator and car still has $3k worth of work to be done.

We didn't end up making the deal and he refused to give back the $500 saying it was non refundable. NEVER letting me know prior to sending the money.
