Extremely bad communication and customer service. I contacted Adrian (one of the owners) and started communication (via text and phone call) about a car I was very interested in. After we initially spoke, he said he would call me back later that day with the extra information I was requesting. I did not receive a call back that day. I texted and called and left a voicemail the next day and received no reply to either one. I finally called in the afternoon of the 3rd day and spoke with him on the phone and he still had not looked into the issues we had spoke about 3 days earlier. He did finally look at it while we were in the phone and said his car repair guy was coming over to look at the car and he would call me back shortly that day. Again, I never received a call back. It was not until late the next day that | finally received a call back. Not calling me back (twice) shortly when he said he would, ignoring my voicemail and text messages twice made me decide to not do business with him/Prestige Auto. He he would not apologize for what happened but took full responsibility. What??!.. Do business this Dealer/Broker at your own risk. read more

Let me tell ya about this place...Prestige Auto Broker. My wife and I just purchased a 2018 Kia Soul from Levi. This was hands down, THEE BEST auto purchase experience I have ever had. My wife would always tell me how she hated to go anywhere to purchase a care, and she even praises Levi and Prestige. I have personal spoken to several members of the Prestige team and ALL were extremely friendly, educational, and accommodating. It did help that I already knew what car, however, from introduction to driving away was only an hour. Levi is an amazing person, friendly, straight forward and honest. Did I get a great deal? Those tires could have flown off the vehicle and it would have been a major disaster! I recently purchased a used PHEV from Prestige Auto as an out of state buyer, and Alex was incredibly accommodating. He made the whole process very easy. I had wanted to get the car independently inspected, but the closest shop with availability and experience with PHEVs was nearly 30 minutes away. Alex dropped it off with them and picked it up the next day without complaint. He filed for the used EV/PHEV tax credit on my behalf so it would reduce the purchase price at the time of sale. This is something that very few dealers were willing to do in my experience; several told me that it was too much hassle for them and that I could do it myself and get the credit when I filed my taxes nearly a year later. I had the vehicle shipped and Alex was very patient and responsive as I was getting truck transport lined up. The vehicle arrived in pristine condition and we've been driving it for about a month now without issue. This kind of customer service is in short supply these days.
