At first this salon was great and Nikki listened to my needs. Then she stopped caring about me and my hair. The stylist hot boxed by roots and I noticed it after leaving the salon. I came back to the salon and expressed my concerns. Nikki was very unprofessional on how she handled the situation. She looked at me like I had ten heads and said nothing is wrong with your color. Then Nikki and another stylist ganged up on me. They made me feel like I did something wrong. I paid a lot of my hard earned money to feel good about myself. They told me my hair could not be fixed. I was skeptical about ever having my hair done professionally again! I went to a salon and she fixed Nikki's mistake by adding low lights. I am so upset how they treated me and talked behind my back. They never called to see if I was still upset or even apologize. I was hoping for refund and never received that either. I would never recommend this salon to nobody! How I found the salon? We were driving around Port Charlotte running errands and I saw the salon. Impressed with the clean appearance inviting window decor, I called. Karen was the stylist that answered and was very informative and did not rush me off the phone. She answered all my questions and we set an appointment. The salon is welcoming, clean and tastefully decorated. The service prices are competitive. I arrived a few minutes early (expecting to wait). When I entered the salon one of the other stylists asked me if I had an appointment and asked me if I was Gina. I sat for a minute (more like 30 seconds) and Karen walked up introducing herself. My stylist Karen was very personable and engaging. Karen listened to what I wanted and did not try to over sell me. I had a consultation, color retouch, trim and blow dry. I have been going to Nikki for years and absolutely love how knowledgeable she about her profession. The salon is lovely and pleasant to be in, all the staff is friendly, but Nikki is the reason I keep going back. Even when I can't truly explain what I'm looking for, she patiently listens and ends up creating something better than I had imagined. She's honest when I request something that won't work with either my complexion, hair type, etc. She even cuts my husband's hair and he's much more particular than I am. She takes the time to let him examine the cut from all angles, and is so very patient with him - he loves how detailed she is! We take our kids into the salon and all the staff is so friendly with them as they sit on the couches and wait. We just love coming here! read more

I just left from having my hair highlighted and cut by Nikki and she did an absolutely amazing job!! She is very sweet, personable and very professional. She does a great job styling hair. She was so gentle! I have been to several salons in the area, and have yet to find a stylist I've really liked until now. Nikki was able to deliver exactly what I wanted and so much more. I would highly recommend her to anyone that's looking for a great stylist. All of the ladies that were working today, were all very friendly. It was just a wonderful experience all around. When I went into the salon, I had an idea of what I wanted, and Nikki went above and beyond helping me pick the colors to match my complexion. Recently moved to Port Charlotte. Terrified to go to new stylist after 25+ years going to same person. This turned out to be better than I could have ever hoped for.
