I was greeted warmly without a reservation. The host, possibly owner, began the process of removing the ill-fated nails, which were too long for me and driving me crazy. Once a tech was available I moved to Frankie's station. Frankie made sure he knew what I wanted and went on to give me a beautiful set of acrylic nails My favorite pomegranate red. I was very happy. I scheduled a follow up appointment with Frankie when it was time for a fill and the experience just got better. (Never did get to a pedicure) The product was thick and uneven with residue left on my fingertips. I had actually gone in the week before to interview their nail tech who was a darling woman. I questioned her about techniques and products. The pictures on line of her work were amazing. HOWEVER Nearly 3 and 1/2 hours later I paid $62 for just a manicure and left a $10 tip to be polite. THEN had to find another salon to FIX my nails. In addition, I had told Sue the owner, that I would be looking for a consultation for my hair when I came in for my nail appointment. At the receptionist counter I mentioned this to Beth as well that morning. The salon was not busy yet no one made the time. How this experience made me feel, personally, there is no need to explain.

The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more.
