Christie was great at what she does but please do not make your next bride cry the day of their wedding or wedding reception by texting them the day of letting them know you weren't able to make it!!! I was very pleased with my experience with Christie! I'm not a fan of getting my hair cut because I feel I usually pay someone a lot of money and they end up giving me a cut I probably could have done myself at home. However, this time, I walked into the salon hating my hair, and walked out feeling good! I explained what I was looking for and Christie gave me layers and angles and it is so much better! I will feel great and more professional when I walk in the office on Monday! Christie was super friendly and talkative. We chatted away the entire time like we had known each other! I hired Christie to do on-site hair and makeup for myself and my mom for my wedding in October 2016. I'm thankful for this for so many reasons: (1) she followed up with me via text in the week leading up to the wedding to confirm the arrival time and location-- this told me I could count on her to show up on time and be fully dedicated to my wedding needs. (2) She responded to the changes I wanted for the wedding day as compared to the trial she did a few months before the big day. In the trial, we didn't use false lashes, but I ended up wanting these for the wedding day. She remembered this change and brought everything she needed to make it happen. (3) She transformed my ideas into reality. I brought a picture as a sample of what I liked, told her a few more details about my wedding, and she transformed these pieces into a beautiful final product. (4) My hair and makeup stayed beautiful throughout the whole night (and the entire next day)! Christie recommended and used products that helped control my shine, and my lipstick stayed perfectly throughout the night. (5) She also did a wonderful job on my mom's hair-- a service we added on at the last minute after another salon butchered her scheduled blowout.
