I had a wedding guest gown that needed to be taken up and it had to be done by that Friday. I drove to the shop and it was a small place with two rooms. It was in an old building, next to a realtor, with parking in a lot. The inside was old and also beat up, dirty, and dusty but I didn't let that bother me. A woman was working on the sewing machine. I don't know if that's Eric's wife. There's a room to change in the back so I put the dress on and Eric measured it. I left. Eric texted me that the dress was ready Friday morning. I picked it up and it was the perfect length. It looked great! It was taken up at the waist so the pretty bottom of the dress that had an asymmetrical ruffle was not touched. I was very happy with it. Later that day, I accidentally dialed the store number so hung up quickly. Eric saw that I called and called me back to make sure that everything was ok. How nice is that? I highly recommend this shop for anything that you need tailored. They do a wonderful job and it's worth every penny!

I used BSS a couple of years ago when the motor on my very large electric/remote powered shade was…read morebroken. Even though I purchased that shade from another (online) vendor, they were happy to provide me with the service I needed. Their service was excellent! I recently had an issue where I thought the motor was not working properly even after I change the batteries and did all of the troubleshooting requirements on my own. When I called BSS, Ann in Customer service helped me go through the troubleshooting checklist before telling me to bring the shade back so that they could fix whatever the problem may be. The only thing I did not do in my initial troubleshooting was use lithium batteries in the wand. I always used non-lithium batteries, which worked fine. So in the last effort, I purchase some lithium batteries and sure enough that did the job! I truly appreciated the time and patience that Ann took with me to help me fix this problem on my own. I will continue to use BSS over and over again for future purchases.
