Workers he sent to job did not speak English, this language barrier caused confusion and frustration. The job was supposedly complete but then after the first bath in the new tub, it leaked through to the downstairs room below it causing minor flooding. The way he handled the issue was so unprofessional and with very little communication. He responded to none of my messages during this experience and refused to compensate me for all the weekend time I lost due to his major error. Time is money! He was huffy when he came to repair the mistake that his "most trusted" man made. I will never use JCG again. Carlos is too big for his britches which could ultimately lead to his demise because he simply doesn't understand how to do business and knows very little about how to provide excellent customer service. He needs to understand the value of time and that Customers come first.

Thanks to them for the referral! Lisa, our salesperson, met us at the stone yard and explained everything to us. Quote was issued promptly and everything was done in a timely fashion with superb quality. Office staff and the installers - - all topnotch! Craftsman in the shop must be excellent (we did not interact directly with them). From the meeting to completion of installation: A meer five weeks. That includes a week of delay, on our part, templating the countertops, fabrication and installation, templating the backsplashes and sidesplash, farication and installation. She ensured it would be delivered within a week.. I paid $60 for delivery. The tile was delivered to them first, then a salesperson delivers it to customers in her personal car! She didn't even call to let me know tile was there and didn't deliver it till 4 days later after receiving them there !!! When I asked about the pebbles, she said there was a delay in delivery and it would arrive 8 days later! We asked for an explanation, there was none. We asked to have a tracking number, and we found out through fedex that they received the order 3 days later and that it was shipped as standard despite the delay. When questioned kitchen and bath pro, the answer was I, the customer, never requested an expedited delivery and that on time delivery was never a guarantee!!! How can they say that! I have a contractor working on a bathroom, and mentioned that I would need the items to be delivered on time for work to be started. Who's going to pay my contractor for the delay/loss! This is insane. It was my first and last encounter with them. I had delt with other tile stores, and they're always on top of telling me when items were delivered to them, or to me, and always as promised...never this experience! Never again! Stay away!
