While we like the design help, we knew it came at a price. We got a great looking bathroom and paid nearly 3x most other shops for just tile materials. Boy the customer service after the sale was horrible. Missed pieces, short tile (large pieces and a case of each expensive designer pieces left over with no returns. Ok lessen learned you don't always get what you pay for. After a few year the sting goes away and 3 days of shopping at floor and decor and other tile shops we remembered something we liked at Garden state tile we ended up buying the bathroom tile . We needed it fast , its all in stock which means pick it up in a week . We'll same thing, completely missed ordering the floor tile, over ordered other pieces and forgot the doorway saddle. After calling, they make you feel like you forgot. Zero customer awareness. Anyway I hope this helps you make a decision

Warning! Do not do business with the company. They engage in bait and switch. We ordered two…read morefloors from them and they did not deliver what was ordered in either case. We ordered oak select flooring and they delivered oak flooring which was not select. (Big difference if you know about flooring.) They had an inspector come to the house and inspect our flooring and then would not release the report for months. Why? Because the inspector agreed with us that the flooring was not select quality. We also ordered laminate flooring with a special padding ("the only padding we would ever use on laminate flooring," according to their salesman) and then they delayed the order for weeks because they said they were waiting for the padding. When they finally delivered the laminate flooring, it came with an inferior thin padding that was not all like what we had ordered.

Could have purchased the same cabinets and countertop at a Big Box store, but might have ended up with a 21 inch sink as requested, and not a 21 inch sink base, which resulted in an 18 inch sink - the difference was never explained. But the big problem was the contractor Lisa highly recommended as a "craftsman" - George Evans. He continuously made misrepresentations about timing (gross delays, even by contractor's standards). A number of important elements needed to be redone (e.g., wrong type/color of paint, counter top design and grout), because he did not follow specific written and verbal instructions, and could not focus on time management, details, and task completion. He persistently gave excuses and blamed others (subcontractors) for delays and errors; after a point, he lost credibility. We ended up accepting his mistakes as design compromises, just to get the job done and get George out of the house. Bottom Line: I CANNOT recommend Kitchen Krafter.

Our "problem" area was with the laminate; the material used was poor quality and flimsy. Craig had to come out several times himself to redo the flooring because it kept moving whereas large gaps between joints would develop, mind you, this was just the first year! Additionally, the flooring started chipping where these joints separated; a complete nightmare! We had the entire flooring in the house replaced with rugs, laminate and hardwood; this was the point where we found out out that most of his flooring work is subbed out to other contractors where he has no control over quality. We eventually moved and I was told that the new couple were replacing the flooring. We would not recommend this business!!!
