At the same time they replaced our front door and a new slider to our deck. Our second project was to increase the size of our laundry room and bathroom. This was amazing! Our most recent project completed recently was the remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom. New floors, vanity and paint job. I would never use anyone else to work on our house. Each project was carefully designed at his showroom with all the samples. The crew he has are very nice and careful not to make a mess. Anytime I had a question Len was always available. The window locks won't engage because the windows are not square. Many of the roof rafters didn't reach the facia board. The roof started to leak where the addition met the original house. The HVAC system never worked correctly. He was doing other jobs at the same time so a lot of days no one showed up. The job took a long time. Then months in to the job he wanted more money. Thousands over the original quote. We said no and He walked off the job and left it half done. He was very rude and nasty. My mom passed away shortly after and when we tried to sell the house it failed inspections for electric, structure, foundation and HVAC. We had to sell as is and lost a lot of money. What a nightmare!

I've paid several thousand dollars in April 2023 for work to be completed by May 2023, and despite…read moresome allowances for delays through the beginning of July, I've gotten part of what I've paid for in terms of closet doors, two with the wrong sizes that don't close, damage to my ceilings and walls after modification attempts, and two closets without any doors still. I've also paid for a custom shelf that has not been built or delivered. Despite a handful of phone calls and voicemails and 7-10 text messages, which were all previously successful in contacting the sons, I've gotten no responses since early July 2023, when in fact they had committed to completing the work by then. There were just no shows and dodged communications when trying to schedule and reschedule follow ups. There's no plan for the installation to be completed. It's completely unacceptable.
