Much to my surprise - she told me she was opening up her own salon and was bringing some ladies that she had personally hired. The space itself is great - Beauty on the Ave is a house and Malerie has personally designed it herself. From the scissor wallpaper adorning the processing and wash room to hand selected beauty products, this salon puts its clients first. They even have a charging station and snacks to help you pass the time as you get beautified. I can personally vouch for Malerie and her stylists many of whom I have gone to at one time or another over the years when Malerie was unavailable.
