I went to one previously in the area and although it was nice, Luxury Nails and Spa far surpassed the entire experience. I researched so many nail salons because I did not want to spend more than $30 on a gel manicure so I wanted to get the best price around. Turns out many salons in this area charge more than $30 so my wallet was definitely getting nervous. Luckily I found Luxury Nails and Salon and their gel manicures were the CHEAPEST around! $28! Seriously such a bargain. I was sold and hopped right over. Upon entering I was nicely greeted by the staff. The interior design is really cute and you can tell they renovated to keep up with modern trends. Their gel selection was awesome as well. It took me a little bit to pick one out. When I was seated the manicurist was so friendly- asked me how I was doing, where I'm from- just simple small talk. It was nice because most technicians at other salons don't even bother acknowledging you as a person. The quality of my filing was amazing, my gel polish was perfect! Throughout my visit, my technician (Amy) recommended different products and taught me about powder gel which is something I'll have to try one day in the future. Overall best bang for your buck! Friendly staff, super clean and the quality of service you receive is like no other! Definitely check this place out for all your nail and spa needs!

Recently, my brother, his wife, and I enjoyed pedicures with technicians Melody, Natali, and Monse. They are wonderful- very efficient, professional, and friendly. The massages are amazing. Jamie and Jay are always so welcoming and kind. I observe them with other customers, and they always greet us by name and make us feel right at home. This is a place I recommend if you want to relax and leave with a fantastic pedicure!

Upon walking in, I was nervous because there were only 2 technicians. One doing feet & one doing hands. I thought there was going to be a long wait, but these 2 women were fast & efficient without losing quality. Both women would ask for your approval, making sure expectations were met. Both women were gentle as well. I showed the designs, shape, including colors I wanted & they were matched to the T. A couple of my nails grow downward for some reason & she was also to fix them without using fake nails. The 2 kids were assisting with prepping, applying the final touches, ringing customers out & scheduling. I made sure to make another appointment before I left. Multiple people came in & called in asking for appointments & they were booked.

I try to go to new places to see if I can find a second option. I scheduled an appointment for the next day for an acrylic nail set I prepaid $42.54 for. Upon arriving the lady asked what I wanted. I showed her a photo of short almond shaped nails that were exactly how I wanted with French tips. While applying the nail tips I noticed that they were not sticking to the glue, but when it got to the part where she was cutting the length she barely cut any length off. I told her I would like it shorter, she made a face then cut it, then asked if it was good, I asked again if it could please be shorter, she made a face again and cut it. After this I thought it would be for the best to just go along with it. She was then shaping the nails and reassured me that once the acrylic is on it'll look different. She also told me how I needed colored acrylic for the French tips. I don't think that I did, in the past I have gotten French tips without colored acrylic. After that she told me to wash my hands in the sink, when I did I noticed I had glue all over my hands??? It was hard to get off and I did not understand how it was everywhere. I know it gets messy but there was so much. Then, once it got to the part where she was buffing my nails it became rough. I felt the file on my skin and it hurt. I thought after this it should be okay, but it wasn't. She was painting the French tips on and kept wiping them off. My thing is that if something is not your specialty its okay! Once I got to paying I noticed it was because of the French tips and the colored acrylic. On the receipt it says, "nail specials, French design, colored acrylic, and Square swipe fee," this came out to $40.41. If there is something that will increase the cost I think it is wise to let your customer know. After leaving, I saw how messed up my nails were. The French tips were lop sided, the nails were not the shape I wanted, they have bumps in them, etc. Total cost? $82.95. My nails were not worth this much. They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted.
