I had my nails done today and Keit was a new nail tech that did an AMAZING job!!! The owner teased him about taking too long but it only took about just over 1 hour. He did an AMAZING JOB!!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and can honestly say that I will continue to drive from South Salem to get my nails done. KC and Kevin are always so accommodating to my weird color requests.

honestly was skeptical of trying due to reviews but honestly 10/10 definitely go when you have time not an in an out service , they were pretty busy an had more customers then staff (like a lot of places ) but the quality an friendly service is definitely gonna be reason I go back!

Color bleeding, torn up cuticles, not painted nicely. Do I need to go on?

This used to be my go to nail salon and I stopped getting my nails done well tonight I needed a fill bad and my normal solan was fully booked so I decided to come here again as I used to love their work. Well I can say I will never ever come in here again. They don't know to stay up to date either trends and don't care to learn new techniques this set is absolutely not what I wanted but I settled for a more simple look, cool right? No. I had to tell them 5 times I wanted ALL of my nails matt and they just seemed to be flabbergasted by that. They also most definitely talk crap about you in their language and the. Will literally laugh at you while they're doing your nails so unprofessional. Do my nails look okay for the time being sure. Don't change the fact that they kept trying to change what I wanted to better fit them and poor poor poor techniques

Would recommend going here for your wedding nails they are great! They were able to get us in as walk ins and do an amazing job at hand designing my nails! Offered us water and great massages too for our feet with pedicures!

I asked for a French tip fill. This is what I got. I paid $40 to have two different shades of pink. She didn't let me know that she didn't have a different color or she could have let me know that prior to me sitting down and her picking at my nails already.Worst nail experience I have had in my ENTIRE LIFE. Very unprofessional, unorganized, & overpriced. That is a shame that this place still gets business because of how rudely I was treated, I was trying to make sure she wasn't overcharging me and she started yelling at me to insert my card.

My friend booked us for pedicures at Designer Nails. I had never been there so I was eager to try it. First of all, we had an appointment. But apparently half a dozen other people had appointments as well. They had clearly over booked as people had to wait quite a while to be seen. They finally got us settled into the water. I told them I was doing a shellac pedi. My friend was doing a regular polish pedi. This caused a bit of a commotion as the woman working on my feet suddenly stopped cleaning my feet and switched with someone else. The lady that was going to do mine said she would be to me soon. I didn't mind since that gave me more soaking time. The lady that then started working on them was efficient and detailed. But she rushed through my pedi. They had a $33 & $40 pedi's. My friend did the $33 and I did the $40. They did nothing different to my feet than what they did to hers. So then she left me to relax with hot towels on my legs and a while later a man came over and proceeded to paint my toes. I told him I was doing shellac... he was clearly upset. He and the lady that was doing my feet had words that I clearly did not understand. He then took the polish off and re-did them in shellac. The overall job was ok. I felt to have gone through 3 different people in one session was a bit odd. They were overbooked and rushed through my pedi. I probably would not go back here unless there were absolutely nothing else to choose from.

    Ombre french tip sparkle.

I moved to Keizer last year and I have been here a few times. Always clean and welcoming environment when I have visited. I love my nails this time, not the full ombre look I wanted but I am still happy with it. This visit took 2.5 hours and 3 if you count the 30 minutes I waited after my scheduled time, but they are thorough and make sure you are satisfied before leaving so for me it is worth the overall customary service. I will be back next month!

Never had a problem here, conveniently located, clean shop. Had an appt today on Saturday for a bridal party nail party, and we were allowed bring our own wine! I had a cut on my middle finger which I warned them about (they were very gentle). I also had a toe nail that is recovering from a run, and a healing tender blister area. They were very accommodating and even touched up a few places I felt needed a little extra polish. So happy!

Unfortunately, the experience was terrible for the following reasons: 1. On the page under "Massage Enhancements - Epsom Foot Soak" the business promises an Epsom Foot Soak for new clients to enjoy while they fill out paperwork. I arrived 15m before my appointment and asked about the foot soak. The receptionist was not at the desk, so the question was posed to a massage therapist who showed up and said that the receptionist was preparing it. I was given paperwork to fill out which I did without the aforementioned foot soak. 2. When I was shown to the massage room, the foot bath was there, and I asked whether the 15m foot soak would be counted as part of my massage. The therapist, Anita, left the room for 10m (part of my massage time now) and came back to say that the foot soak would not be offered. Instead she said she would add on a paraffin treatment for my hands and feet. 3. The actual "deep tissue" massage was a lot of petting and short superficial strokes. She did identify and dig in deeper to sore glut muscles which helped relieve some tension, but it was not the deep tissue massage I had expected, and she did not address my primary concern (bursitis). 4. She ended the massage after 50 minutes (minus the time she left the room). 5. She never followed through with the promise of a paraffin treatment. Even though I was offered a discount, I left more stressed than I arrived. This is not the way to treat anyone. Never promise something you can't deliver.

I start relaxing by perusing and sampling the nice array of aromatherapy oils you have to choose from. (Lavender sandlewood is a favorite.) I turn down the wine service they offer, in favor of water or tea. I've seen Max now a few times, and he's great. Gets down to business, not too light, not too deep, comfortable working in quiet, responsive to requests and has a great energy to create and hold a space where you can just relax and let him do all the work. Whether I just need to relax and recenter, or if I'm coming in with certain complaints, I always leave in a much better state than I arrived, and the benefits don't usually fully roll around until the next day. And two words: HOT STONES. Yes, please!! Part of the regular service (not an add-on like at some places). The blankets on the tables are so soft and heavy, the bedding is in nice shape (so many places keep them until the are pilly, scratchy messes) and the environment is super serene and relaxing. This is a happy place!

The spa bliss signature facial was amazing, personalized and I was glowing when completed. I also had the spa bliss signature foot treatment which was also amazing. Hailey Fox gave both treatments and I would highly recommend her. The Oasis is very nice. They have set up a lot of options for you to enjoy the space how you want. While they provide a rejuvenate and relax sequence, you are free to roam and try everything. Lastly, I have the aromatherapy massage with Hannah. Hannah was very attentive as it took a few mins to adjust the table for maximum comfort. The service was good, very relaxing and comforting, which was exactly what I expected. The lunch was a charcuterie tray, light and filling. A very good selection of cheese, meat and fruit. Perfect light lunch. Let's talk price... the services are competitive with comparable spas. The lunch at $32 and seems a little high when I can get a charcuterie tray at one of the local wine bars for under $20. I would skip next time. The Oasis was $55, which if I were coming in just for this, would be reasonable. For the whole package we were hoping for a price break and a lower cost for the Oasis would have been nice. There was no price break for the package of services we purchased. I would come back, it is a very nice place and very nice people!

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I called specifically requesting a deep tissue massage, but was told the available therapist, Noel, did not offer that service. I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the facility itself appeared clean and inviting.

It's noon on a Thursday so I got the whole place to myself. The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. I think the price is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I'll be back! I did mention a couple of my concerns with the staff and it sounds like they do plan on getting new locks in the future so I really hope they live up to that because they have you sign a wavier that basically says they are not liable for stolen items. I have trust issues and have had things stolen out of lockers in my past so this is kind of a big concern of mine that I just hope they can fix quickly. Thanks again Santé spa! You have a new fan. I'm coming back with friends and or family next time!

I like this location better than some of the ones I visited in Portland, California and Virginia. I…read morelike that I can use my membership wherever I travel to. I love a good massage and have had MANY good ones at massage envy and probably the best one of my life at this Keizer station location. I have had a membership with M.E. for about 8 years. In that time I have only been consistent in going for about half the year. Needless to say I have accrued more than 30 hours of unused massages. When they say they will put your account on hold they don't do it-- you have to stay on top of them to get things done. I try to catch up by doubling them up into 90-120 minute massages but lately it is hard to find any therapist willing to do the longer ones. Let's be real here nothing gets accomplished in 50 minutes (10 mins is for pre/post dressing). By the time they start working out whatever muscle group ails you the time is up. I usually have to watch my clock and have them work out knots they've pushed into one area before the massage is over otherwise you leave there in worse pain than you came in with. Now with longer appointments you leave feeling like the massage was complete. You really have to speak up even if you have seen the same therapist a dozen times. They do not seem to read your responses-- like if you jump/flinch clearly that hurts maybe there's a knot they should work out don't just move on-- work it out or maybe stretch other attached muscles to calm the nerves. The use of heat is helpful but they don't always do it.Sometimes you say work on my shoulder and they waste time on your feet or something so I just say "literally ONLY do XYZ." Leaving clothes/shoes on areas I don't want touched seems to keep them from going to their default massage. Deep tissue therapy is hard to come by. I've tried 3-4 therapists at this location and only one is consistently good at deep tissue massage but she's typically booked out pretty far. I don't care if I get a male or a female but it's so hard to find a good one that sticks around. I've had them cancel my appointments because therapists called off, quit or cut their hours down, which is understandable. However, when I need to cancel it costs me the unused hour-- seems unfair that I get disciplined if I can't make it but the therapist can cancel. I call ahead to cancel appointments and usually leave a message on voicemail, on more than one occasion they didn't check the voicemail and thought I no-showed which costs you the prepaid hour so you have to really confirm with them-- which is hard bc they notoriously don't answer their phone. I am a chatter and while the people here are equally chatty I find that the therapist loses focuses and uses my session to talk so I just make a point of being quiet so I can actually get some relief. The front staff has always been welcoming to me. I do see the sales pitch with other customers but they seem to know I'm not going for it so they don't bother. I wish I hadn't signed up for membership because it's like the gym-- you think you'll go but you don't, but you don't want to waste the credit you've already paid for. Hate that the person who does the facials doesn't work weekends so I can never utilize the service. The location was great until they put In and Out nearby now the traffic is terrible-- turn in by Lowes and avoid the back up. Parking is okay-- so many shops around that I rarely see parking right up front unless you have a disabled pass. The interior is nice and updated. Bathroom is clean. Waiting room is nice and comfortable but they should have at least 1-2 chairs that elderly and disabled people can get up from-- twice I've helped people out of the seat because they are low, soft and most don't have arm rests. I also dislike that the halls and waiting room are so dark but then you walk into the massage room and it's bright! That's the room that should be dark and calming besides it would make the whole nakedness thing (especially when you go to turn over) less awkward if it wasn't lit up like a dressing room. The lighting should match the waiting room so your eyes don't have to adjust. The tipping thing should be voluntary on the customer's end no where else do you go that they verbally ask you in front of everyone if and how much you want to tip every single time you go to check out. Overall I enjoy it when the massage is good but it's hit or miss. Some things could be done better. Staff is always friendly I really like several of the front desk people and 2 of the therapists.

Poor customer service and very difficult to schedule if you only have weekend availability…read more I have had nothing but issues with this location since moving to the area in August of 2025. Ultimately decided to cancel due to how far away the location is, the awful weekend availability, and how poor the customer service is. Several of my appointments have been cancelled with very little notice. The most recent time I received no notice and only found out after driving 30 miles. I received no apology and was provided several pieces of incorrect information. Since cancelling my membership I only have 60 days to use 4 credits and will not be able to use them due to the limited availability and the unreliability that the appointments will actually take place. The manager told me that there was nothing they could do because my membership was not with their location. No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. I then received an extremely awkward and unprofessional phone call from the COO of Massage Envy in the state of Oregon. She asked how my day was, but apparently didn't want the real answer. I had to ask who she was because she never introduced herself or gave her title. There also didn't seem to be a point to the conversation as there wasn't anything she could do for my situation either. If you have to go to this location, good luck.
