Mi, Mina & Lonnie are all great nail techs, each with their own speciality. They'll always ask how I've been when I have missed a few appointments. Their location is beautiful on the inside right off Portland road by Roth's. They recently bought new furniture like desks & polish racks. Their massage chairs are great for pedicures after a long day. Once I bumped one of my manicured nails & they insisted I stay to have it fixed. They made sure I left happy. I am a regular somewhere else but I came to get my grandmother a pedicure and an acrylic fill for myself at late notice. Mina did my nails-- such a sweetheart and personable! Kept my shape perfectly, without doing my edges too sharp. The salon is very beautifully decorated and very clean. I saw them cleaning the floors and fixtures multiple times during my visit. A gentlemen did my grandmas toes, I overheard their conversations and he was so sweet and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Even fixed one of her toenail polishes when we messed it up putting her flip flops on Tons of selections of colors, average priced services, and fun staff. This place gave my normal salon a run for their money! I plan to come back. read more

Mina put a full set of acrylics on me. She was fast but diligent and detail oriented! My nails are even in length and shape as well as smooth, no bumps. Only thing is I got jewels on both ring fingers and the sizes and number of jewels don't match... I don't think anyone will notice so it's my own personal problem. I'm torn. My family has been going here since I was 11 years old. I'm now 31. The reason why I'm conflicted is...I made an appointment for a Saturday a week in advance. I got there 10 minutes early. Picked my color (ultimately went with French tip) and sat for 20 minutes before they stared the water. Mind you I only went for a pedi and no one was seated at the pedi station. It was empty but they were working on nails, so understandable. They turned the water on and it was too hot- I just can't stand up for myself so I sat there for another 10 minutes until mi came over and asked me if the water was too hot. She fixed it. Then I sat for another 15 minutes which I was okay with because I was enjoying the warm water on my feet and FINALLY after waiting for so long Jennifer started on my feet. She went a little to thick on the white but I untimely LOVED MY PEDI!!! I loved it and I couldn't stop talking about them for two days. Yes it took a bit of time but boy do I love my feet now. ~ But oh man, have the prices jumped from the last time I was there. back in 2019- I used to get a gel pedi AND my regular gel nails for $60 now I'm paying $60 just for a pedi. I scheduled a fill. So that's says something. I really do love this place. read more

The only good thing abt this place was that the staff was nice busides that they did a terrible job my mom and I got pedicures there they took about 50 minutes for a regular pedicure no gel my polish was sloppy and streaky and they missed a whole side of my nail I had to go home a cut it my moms nails were okay but they cut here nails weirdly at an angle so it was uncomfortable then we were just sitting there and they had moved on to new clients not good service at all read more

Got in a last minute appt, lady that started my shellac nails (french tip) seemed like she was doing a good job. Then she switched me to someone else. The next lady was either very new or didn't care. She did maybe two swipes of filing, buffing and then put oil on one nail and tried to distribute through my whole hand. Mind you I had my whole fingers soaking in Acetone to remove previous shellac so they were really dry. Plus her French tip paint job was messy and unclean lines. After a couple of days 3 of my nails chipped where as they usually last at least two week! Never going there again!!! Their prices are also higher than other salons. read more

I've been to nails salons up and down the I5 corridor. These ladies are sweet, friendly, and always do a great job. I'm get fake nails and a pedi every time I go to a salon and this is the only place that has done a good job on my fake nails every time I go. I will absolutely be back. I was able to make an appointment for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures a few days in advance with very friendly staff over the phone. My grandmother was with me and needs to be in a wheelchair part time. They were very accommodating for her pedicure and manicure. All of the staff was so nice and friendly. read more

Got my nails done today hoping they would speak to the great reviews. Unfortunately, they came out lumpy and uneven, both on edges and surface. I originally asked for my acrylics to be removed and replaced with a gel coat. The lady had convinced me she had a better idea, which was to file down the acrylic so it would look like my real nail and let it grow out. In turn, the nails would be less damaged as a whole. I agreed, but unfortunately the results left me displeased. Going into more detail, when she was filing down my nail, she went beyond the acrylic nail and rather into my actual nail bed, then tried to hide it. Following this I had to repeatedly ask her to even out the ends of my nails, which still ended up uneven. Overall, I would not recommend this place and hope my nails won't be more damaged due to these actions. read more

Decided to try a different salon for a pedi and instantly regretted it. The pedicure sheet offers multiple scrubs you can pick from but right as I was selecting one they informed me that they only carried 1 scrub . The deluxe pedicure was $56 with an additional $20 for shellac. They don't fully scrub or massage you . I didn't feel relaxed at all the water was low filled and not even warm . It was probably a 30 min session and not worth it . read more

I love this place. I have tried many others where I did not feel welcome. They are very friendly and do a great job. If there is ever an issue they take care of it gracefullly and quickly. I tend to also read reviews before going to a place. I often read how people have horrible experience and say to never go there. They never give the place a chance. This review is going full circle with Expert Nails. I went into there Friday and had shellac nails done. The lady was friendly, lots of options for colors. Overall good experience. Though, by Saturday my nails began to lift. By Sunday, Mother's Day, 7 of them were lifting. Monday I decided to go in and talk to them. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. I went in and talked, they were beyond gracious and kind. Not defensive. She said she didn't have time to do them but for me to come back Tuesday. I came back today. Unsure what they would do. Have had experienced before that they expect you to still pay to fix, or give poor discount. This wasn't the case. She was very understanding, and helped me choose a color. She was friendly and I didn't want to assume it would be free. I was getting money out and she said no no it was free. It was their error. I gave her a tip and she was very thankful. I could of wrote a bad review on Saturday, but instead, I gave their business another chance, out of protection for their business... I didn't want to give them a.
