First off there place is very disorganized and the desks and floors haven't been cleaned ever it seems like. We sat at there desk two different times over 45 minutes and watched them attempt to take our logo and put it into there system so they could quote us on all the work we wanted done. We got tired of waiting and told them to contract us with pricing.... Well as you can imagine they didn't do that and 2 months went by and I called them 10 different times in that 2 months and left voicemails and nothing. So we went in one more time and they didn't even remember us or apologize and we sat down again and guess what they still couldn't figure it out so again we said call us soon when you have it done and have a quote for us. Guess who didn't call... so we said forget it and we went to another place and they did everything we wanted in a matter of a couple hours and they had a quote for us and we paid them and we got all our work done we wanted. So long story short I wouldn't waist you time on this company. They sadly are way to disorganized and don't make there customers and priority or feel important at all.

Sorry everyone…read more One of my biggest pet peeves is when a place of business offers NUMEROUS ways for the consumer to contact them.... and they don't. Short of picking up the telephone, it's extremely frustrating to say the least. I work from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. and do not have the luxury of picking up my telephone during the day to chat about personal matters. Signarama Peoria has a website with a CONTACT US form, they also have a Facebook page with the Messenger app installed and they also have (2) different e-mail addresses. I contacted them on Dec. 11, Dec. 13, Dec. 17, Dec. 18 and again on Dec. 21. No one has called me. No one has contacted me via Facebook. No one has responded to any of my e-mails. I can't comment on their rip-off prices because I can't even get anyone to contact me or reply to my inquiry. So sad. If you're going to offer the consumer all of these various methods to contact you as a business, I would suggest you employ people to monitor those methods. If I could pick up the telephone during normal business hours, I would. Don't offer me the capability to contact you via Facebook, your website and via e-mail and then force me to pick up the telephone. Evidently, Signarama Peoria has so much business - they don't need mine. I guess all of their current customers don't work regular hours during the week. Merry Christmas! :)
