The logo creator software is good and intuitive. The companies policies are less than what you would expect as a customer. Not clear or upfront on explaining the limitations of the service and hope to get you to "buy" multiple times. I did a logo design and needed to adjust the text and started the process with the link provided regarding an issue with the design however since I had already edited the problem and fixed it myself and paid for the download by the time they responded the next day the only option was to provide me another edit however since my problem was fixed it was of no use to me. Really could be a great company if better managed for customer experience. Any edits within first hour should be discounted or free. There should also be an option to buy an image with free future editing or at least a few edits available. Also changing colors shouldn't be considered an edit. read more

I already had the colors in mind so added them for the logo in their DIY tool. Also I got some changes to the logo done after I received the files. Did not have to pay any hidden charges.
