After speaking with Abdul Ahad (aka "Jeff Luke") he convinced me to sign with your company to bring my vision to life. He assured me that I would receive a fully functioning app, a registered Business LLC, high quality functioning website as well as built-in features relevant to my app's category. After working 4-5 months with "Tyler Scott" and "Alex Martin" I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in San Jose, California. Tyler and Alex have another "company" called "THE MR WEB" (beware of them too). I have not heard from either Tyler OR Alex since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail. Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on. - My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it - It is riddled with spelling mistakes - The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me - I've never seen a contract or formal invoice - Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system. -They also breached contract by not providing me with back-end info (source code-SSH) that I own and paid for last year (see attachments). It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see. I have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver. When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers. Terrible experience. I will be putting on every platform I can to warn people!

I received an email after my Sabbath had started on Friday night saying I was SCHEDULED to be in Philly for my interview at 12:45pm Saturday with NO CHANCE of RESCHEDULING! Note that I live in NYC and NO ONE attempted to call me until 12 noon Saturday morning. I didn't retrieve the email nor the message until after Shabbos. I then replied with a detailed explanation of why I 'missed' my scheduled 'audition' (who auditions for BG?). And as of this morning got no response. BUT - and this is rich- I JUST got a phone call from a total 'valley girl' type asking me if I'd "like to act and be in the movies and on TV or be a model!" She had NO idea what I was talking about when I mentioned that I had been contacted. She had NO IDEA who Brooke was (the person that sent the email and called) and assured me that IT PRODUCTIONS wasn't a scam, because she'd been there "a whole week already and would I be here if it was a scam?" She had also never heard of any show called TURN. When I asked if there was a fee to join I was told I'd have to come to their office in Philly to meet with the Director, Elisha, and SHE would tell me all the details. RIGHT. My gut reaction is stay as far away from these people as you possibly can.

Seemed interesting, so I applied. I got a call to come in and was almost immediately hired on the spot. Long story short, I was told to go out and basically find anyone to come in and I'd get commission. I found lots of people that came through for interviews and found out they literally accepted ANYONE who was willing to pay. Unfortunately for me, I even recruited some friends who got scammed as well. They don't offer you any jobs in the end and just take your money. I also never got paid at any point. Do not fall for this scam, save your money and your hopes.

    I get that majority of corporations dont function well and they dont really care if they do or not…read more I am just shocked that with todays technology i cant get simple answers or things accomplished. the in store tells me one thing, the chat says something else, and by phone yet another thing. 1) if i am due a refund i want cash/check not a gift card. gift cards dont deposit into an account. 2) if i am closing all accounts I should not have to sign up online or with an app I am not using to get help or answers. 3) I have one person telling me, i owe money and will sent a bill that hasnt come. yet another person telling me i owe nothing. 4) apparent forced card refund never arrived and most likely was not sent to the address i stated but the address we closed and moved from. 5.) i have no idea what is going on but you win I quit. i have spent too many hrs dealing with this so i am sure the refund is yours now!!!     Well my plan was getting ready to end and unlike last year where they offered to extend my existing…read moreplan and monthly fee, I had to call in prior to the plan ending and get the usual run around, being transferred all over the place, being told how important I was, that I was a good customer for 10 plus years (it is actually long, though off and on), and they couldnt keep the charges the same or even really be close, even for a senior and I am one person who has ONE phone, ONE laptop and I watch maybe two hours of streaming tv a night... I also had reached out via chat on their website and that was useless also. So I told them to cancel my account/plan and I would return the router. I returned it a week before I told them to disconnect me. Just a few days before I returned the router, I was billed for the next month. So now I have been with FIOS for a few weeks and I get an email indicating that my comcast/Xfinity bill will be due shortly and of course, it is almost $80 more for the same service I had previously. THE ACCOUNT/PLAN WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CLOSED VIA PHONE WEEKS BEFORE AND THE ROUTER HAD BEEN RETURNED. YOU CAN'T BILL ME (REMOVING FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT BTW) FOR A SERVICE I CANNOT ACCESS AND THAT I HAVE CLOSED. So I had to call in and it wasn't easy to get a rep - I had to SWEAR at the interactive voice response system to finally talk to a person....and I guess my account wasn't closed. THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO MAKE ME A DEAL TO HAVE ME STAY, BUT I DON'T HAVE THE ROUTER AND IM WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND I CLOSED THE PLAN - WHAT DON'T YOU, COMCAST/XFINITY, UNDERSTAND????? SO I have a confirmation # that the account is closed, but it is in pending status currently. After all the time I spent on the phone previously, the account really wasnt closed and I would have been billed. That being said, I still don't believe them and I have to check my account to verify that funds haven't been taken out for a service I don't have...... Really? IF you had wanted me to stay, you should have worked with me. I tried. And I don't bluff, so Im now with another company.
