I called customer service only to be told that there was not 15% off but if I could screen shot the page Zales would honor the discount. I was told to press a print screen button but my keyboard does not have that button. SO, the phone rep said that I could not use discount. When I wrote a letter to customer service they replied by telling me that I had put the item in my cart when there was a discount which was NOT TRUE.....This was my 3rd issue with Zales customer service.
