Wow, I almost forgot what customer service was until I called Designs by Melissa. I have constantly had problems with national flower delivery services so I decided to break up with all of them and just call a local florist where my Mom lives. Melissa is amazing! She was very pleasant on the phone, extremely knowledgeable about what she does, anhelpful and has a great disposition as well. I was able to order something amazing for my Mom for Mother's Day. I am so glad that I found this business and would recommend it to anyone in the Morehead City/Newport area. I can't wait to see what she creates especially for my Mom. My husband was taking our granddaughter to a Daddy Daughter Dance and we wanted a wristlet. I stopped on my way home from work with her dress and Melissa immediately knew what colors and flowers she would use.
