Maida's even goes so far to arrange for alternative delivery addresses and times to accommodate working schedules (and have done so on a very busy holiday weekend this past Valentine's Day)! Even better, they are just not about flowers. Check out the very unique merchandise - from one of kind jewelry, to beautiful hats and scarfs, classy tops and keep sakes - that something special for anyone unlike the same generic box store gift that everyone seems to give. My grandfather recently passed away, and I wanted to order an arrangement from my sister and I, that would provide my mother with a keepsake. I went online to chose the flowers, then I called the shop. Not only were the flowers delivered fresh, and on-time, they totally exceeded my expectations. It is hard to order an arrangement when all you have is a picture on the internet, but the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the add-on's I asked for were perfect as well. These flowers were delivered on a Wednesday, and even now, 5 days later they are still beautiful. I have been dealing with Maida's for many years and every arrangement has been beautiful. My brother -in-law passed away and my sister and I went personally to Debbie McKinstry and explained what we wanted for flower arrangements for the wake. My brother-in-law was a hunter and loved the woods. Debbie and her staff arranged a beautiful woodsy, earthy casket arrangement. It was perfect. I ordered a floral arrangement that complimented the casket arrangement and we received many compliments on both of them. I just recently visited the shop to inquire information regarding a floral addition to my centerpieces for my Halloween Wedding. I came in with little to go on, a very rough description of what my centerpieces looked like thus far, and a tigght budget. The owner worked with me herself to go through some ideas, and suggested I come back in with my centerpiece to run through some ideas. Long story short...I did, I have flowers picked out, and I feel so much better knowing that i have a professional to work with. She even took the time to show me some tricks with my candles. Maida's Floral Shop is a great floral shop in the heart of downtown Oswego! I have had the pleasure of working with them on multiple projects and their professionalism along with a great product were outstanding. I ordered my wedding bouquet from an Oswego florist even though I live in Campville Ny because I grew up there. Although I was a bit worried not being able to see it right away I took my chances.
