He truly listens, and his expertise can make any vision come true. Honestly, he should be charging more. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and it's been untouched my entire life-- until Thao. After a few years of seeing him for trims, I trusted him to lighten my natural color and omg. He did AMAZING. He also offered for me to come back so he can fix those areas, which I appreciated. If you've never gone from dark to light before, just know it takes time and patience. Good vibes there.
