He kept in touch with us, kept telling us that the liner just wasn't ready yet but as soon as it was he would be out there. He called and let me know that he got COVID and bronchitis, but he was still working and running his crew, and assured me that he would still make sure that our liner got done. That was the last time I talked to Mr. Terry. I was still receiving correspondence from his phone number. They were giving me "updates" on my liner, saying they haven't received it yet. Finally, I received an email from Teresa Terry (Phillip's wife) letting me know that Phillip had passed away. He was a very pleasant man and I showed my sympathy as best I could. Until a couple weeks had went by and I was asking to either be reimbursed or have our services rendered, showed my receipt of payment, and was informed by Mrs. Terry that "nobody ever measured our pool" and that there was no proof of payment. I was completely dumbfounded. I told her that I was going to have to make a police report, she said "go ahead, my name isn't on the company so I'm not liable." Please do not fall into the same trap I did. I thought I could trust this family with my business. I have a small child and don't have $1450 to throw away. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Attached is a picture of the contract I signed which is proof of payment and that someone measured our pool.

That is not the worst part....the pic below was taken on April 22, 2020, the day Phillip QUIT AND WALKED OFF THE JOB, leaving is with a big muddy mess. He had a MELTDOWN, and yelled and cussed in front of my neighbors young child because we questioned him why he is never here and what is taking so long. We caught his in MANY lies....So we can't believe a word he says. Now it is almost summer and not only do we not have a pool, but we have a HUGE MESS ON OUR HANDS. We have filed a lawsuit, but that doesn't help us now.
