    unit never worked right and they blamed everything but themselves. the install did not follow the…read morelennox guide, the unit is not positioned correctly so the evap does not drain, sweats like nigra and grows black mold. the delta t the most they could achieve was average 10 degrees. they used the old return system and choked the unit down from a 20x25 to an 11x16 and beat themselves on the chest saying it will support 1200cfm which is a half truth, the fact is it is at 970fps and sounds like a train. the unit has no reserve and on bad days struggles and ran 10 hours. i did a smoke test and before i could get into the attic, that 60 to 90 second smoke emitter filled the entire attic with smoke. i remover the evap door and the replacement txv was installed wrong and not insulated and the cabinet was twisted and did not seal. i corrected the txv and delta t immediately went to 15 to 16 degrees, now to charge the unit since they left it undercharged so i probably spent 2000 dollars in extra energy costs. i installed seals on the door and corrected the smashed in cabinet. the unit sits on foam blocks which are on the cabinet sides and smashes the cabinet sides in. the lennox says to either suspend or install on a wood platform so the load is across the entire cabinet not pressure points. i could go on but the last thing i want to add is they were drinking beer in my attic and the craftsmanship shows it, not professional at all, only wish i could add photos and videos.
