If I could give zero stars I would!!! My husband and I drove over two hours to purchase a truck here. We spoke with them several times and even when we were on our way there. Only to find out when we got there they had already sold the truck. We took off work had everything arranged and were gonna pay cash. That's just bad business. They could of at least give us a courtesy call where we wouldn't have wasted our time!! I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!! I want everyone to know what kind of people you're doing business with here. They want you to call about vehicles...why? If they're not going to stand by their word!!! I do not recommend anyone do business at this car lot because my experience did not go very well they were aware of my co-signers employment situation also they were aware that I did Uber and doordash Etc on the side to make extra money they also lied on my credit app and said I was a part-time student and I am not the funding got pulled on my car due to the employment situation of my co-signer once again they were aware of the job change that was taking place that week, we did not put up a fight we gave the car back in the condition that I got it other than the fact that I put miles on it my question is who buys a car and does not drive it and again they were aware that I did door dash etc to earn extra cash while I was waiting to start my job at Milwaukee tool we have given the car back it has been over a week now and they have not given me my down payment back yet they are trying to charge me for their mistakes and they are trying to keep my down payment we did not go in there and tell them any lies or try to hide anything we were completely honest with them and I haven't heard anything about my down payment I have not heard from the owner or no one once again I do not recommend anyone do business here. Also when Donnie the finance guy called me and informed me of the situation I asked him when I bring the car back I get my down payment back right and he said of course as soon as I get the car back the next day their story changed. read more
