I'm Estimate 3 weeks after purchase
    Whitney F.

RUNNNNNNNN AND DONT LOOK BACK. I purchased a BMW X3 and Albert was really helpful. The truck was at another lot down the street and it was advised it was there because they were doing inspection on it to make sure the tune up was done and brakes and etc was good and that it was nice and clean and I was assured it was no issues with it. After test driving it I noticed the coolant was low so Albert made sure the coolant was topped off. 2 days later the coolant light was on so I took it back and they took it to BB's Euro and it was found that the radiator hose had a hole in it and yes they fixed it. I'm not a high highway driver so when I did get on the highway and went over 60mph there was a shake to it. I took it back and they balanced and rotated the tires. Ok so after that day 10days later my check engine light come on. At this point I've only had the car for 3 weeks. I did purchase the extended warranty they offered for an additional $3000 because I was told it would every almost everything engine and transmission wise and in a foreign car it seemed like a smart thing. So they informed me to take it somewhere that takes extended warranty. I took it to Dr.Bimmer and got an estimate and it came out to be $4,500. The spark plugs and ignition coils was completely burnt (how was that possible when I was told the car had just had a tune up by my sales rep) I also needed motor mounts, a battery and a upper control arm. Of course nobody wanted to address the issue at the dealership that I had been lied to on the maintenance that had supposedly been done. They then wanted to say well it's a used car and etc. so they warranty they sold me only covered the control arms. They called me and emailed me everyday begging me on the sale on how it was a good car and to make a deposit so nobody would get it. It was nice friendly faces all the way up until they got my money. They had the ability to do right because used car or not from a dealership like Homer Skelton we shouldn't have to get a tune up and motor mounts less than a month after purchase especially after being told there was no problems and it just gotta out of inspection and being tuned up and brakes checked and etc. please save your money and go elsewhere if you are buying used

2nd day owning this $55,000 used truck and I return to get served because Everything about the truck showed me It has not been served and the manager "rusty" refused to get someone to look at it!! Is that how you treat someone who just spent that kind of money? He could have easily let a tech look over it. 2 weeks later and my truck is broke and they will not make things right. Homer skeleton must hate dogs because there gonna make me close down for a while with no truck to pull my trailer. Let's see how many videos we can get of people removing there homer skeleton sticker/tag or the plastic thing that goes around the License plate...... best video gets free grooming for the whole year of 2021(whenever I recoup and reopen that is) This is for one dog not all six, 1 dog x 6 weeks apart for the year of 2021!!!!!! Be creative and post, post, post to improve your chances. Please no cursing. Small business owners stand up!!!

I recently purchased a new Bronco and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Aubrey and Austin couldn't have treated me better. The price was actually less than what we agreed upon. If you want to be treated fairly this is the place to go

I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

He was also so nice to work with. He did an excellent job on my Mustang GT. The service requested we thought was a radiator hose. It turned out that I needed a hose and a new radiator. Pricing was beyond fair! We have saved his number and told everyone we know about him. Thank you so much for fixing my car on such short notice and being such an honest person. You are a rare find in today's world!

I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . I'm always preaching, "if you can't be anything else, BE KIND".

These guys are real professionals, with a large depth of knowledge. They don't work on electric vehicles, or do oil changes on BMW-s, because those are simply a few things that are outside of their areas of expertise or required specialized tools to work on. Also, working on seemingly simple issues on an EV is like diving down a deep rabbit hole. I'm completely okay with that, since I don't ever plan on owning an EV, or any high-end vehicle for that matter. I know a guy who inherited a Mercedes Benz sedan. He was okay with the car until he had the get engine oil changed. The process to change the oil required a special tool that only the local Mercedes dealership's shop possessed. At the time, the charge for the oil change was $250.00, plus tax. After a few very high maintenance expenditures like that, he sold the car.

I have always gotten really good service from them until today. Kind and compassionate is generally the feel. I was completely comfortable with any advice they gave me. They have caught things that I didn't even know were wrong and was then blown away at the difference in the vehicle afterwards. Aside for the couple times they fixed the wrong thing and I had to bring back my vehicles and wait for another repair to be completed, the repairs are always top notch. I've been here a bunch recently and have spent at least $10-$12k on repairs, probably more. Most recently it was $1800 in July, $850 on Nov 8th, and $1700 just last week! I am quite agitated but I'm not going to screw with their star ranking just because we are breaking up. Plus, I should have written a positive review before now anyway. No one really reads these reviews anyway, so the stars are all they will see. Why am I pissed? I hit a pothole, blew the damn tire, and needed to tow my car to them for a new tire. I called, Tracy answered, and I gave him the make, model, and tire size. He says, "I can't get that tire and I don't work on Tesla's anyway". It's a fucking tire! Do your jacks not work on Tesla's? What a joke. Five lug nuts loosened, a jack, put the tire on the damn wheel. That's all I needed, bro. I guess you don't work on my three Fords and a Jeep now either. I'm sure my business doesn't matter and Tracy will be just fine, at least that's the vibe. Good luck boys
