It makes you wonder where these people got their education or if they even have one. They are pathetic. And they're offering flu shots? At least once every month, my delivery order is canceled, often at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements. As a paying Walmart+ customer, I specifically pay for the convenience and reliability of delivery, yet Walmart consistently fails to provide either. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of meaningful resolution. Every time this happens, customer service offers the same generic apology and a small $10 credit, as if that somehow compensates for the inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption caused by a canceled grocery order. It doesn't. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with Walmart, yet I am treated as though my time has no value. If Walmart knows there are staffing shortages, driver shortages, or fulfillment issues in certain markets, then stop overpromising delivery windows that cannot be met. I should not have to wonder every month whether my order will actually arrive. A service that fails this frequently is not a premium membership service. Walmart needs to address the root cause of these cancellations, improve accountability, and provide better solutions for loyal customers who are repeatedly affected.
